        Blessed knights and ladies of the flame, children of the Sun, be seated now in the lap of infinity of the World Mother.  We bow before the light of Archangel Michael and the legions of light who are also the guardians of our service and who without question respond to protect all whom we sponsor.  Thus it is a hallowed love we share with the mighty beings of light who have defended with the Manus the right of the evolutions of God to conquer and win their immortality on earth.

  I would speak to you then of your office of chela.  The office of chela we diagram on the Chart (of the Presence) as the lower figure.  The chela is the one in whom there blazes a literal furnace of violet flame as is depicted—one striving on the path, one who is dedicated to make his temple the temple of the living God—of the Father the Mighty I AM Presence and of the Son descending.  The chela is the striving one.  Thus we consider all who defend our Teaching and our Messenger and who are faithful in the service we have outlined to be a part of that level and that hierarchy. The office waits and you may so qualify yourself by intense calls to the violet flame and the will of God and the request that you have revealed to you what are those things which must shortly be passed into the flame for you to know the true protection of the mantle of chela.

  Blessed ones, the chela is striving on the path of personal Christhood.  And when that Christhood is bestowed then he wears the mantle not only of the chela or disciple but also of his own Holy Christ Self.  The chela before becoming that shepherd does become on occasion from time to time and often the vessel of his Christ Self.  By and by as this becomes a perpetual vigil of the hours the mantle descends and the Christ does not leave that one, even if that one may temporarily lose his balance or become out of alignment.  You see, an office once granted by the Lord God is not withdrawn as one would snatch from you a cape, then drop it again, then snatch it again.  This is not the way of the Great White Brotherhood.  When we see fit to bestow the mantle of chela we stand by that chela.

  Thus not all who are students of ours do we count as chelas.  For a chela is someone with whom we share our very life and breath.  Thus a relationship of trust must be established.  In the same manner the one who has been seen consistently to strive to outpicture that Christhood does eventually, by initiation of Maitreya and Jesus and his own Christ Self, attain to a certain equilibrium in the manifestation of Christhood—not giving us the ups and downs of inconstancy, not being here one day and there another.  Thus the passing of initiation in each office is required.  And thus you see that the Christed ones must also be equal to the task of bearing that Christ light.

  Beloved hearts, this office of Christ formerly occupied by your Messengers and still occupied by your Messengers is the true assignment of yourselves.  You the direct initiates of our call are expected not to remain chelas forever—forever seeking the truth but never coming to the knowledge of that truth, to borrow a phrase from the apostle.  Chelaship may be comfortable because the chela may yet depend upon the Christed one or the Master.  I admonish you that those who have our direct Word and blessing must strive not only to rise but to pull down the full power of the office of Christhood.

  When you therefore are initiated directly by me through the Messenger it is a goad to compel you to a higher consciousness, to the mind of Christ—to the strength of that mind, to the love of that mind, to the wisdom and the courage of that Presence!  You may also receive chelaship from the teachings and from one another, but the action of initiation to Christhood must come from the embodied Witness.

  Now with the mantle of the Guru Sanat Kumara placed upon this Messenger by Padma Sambhava the Messenger has been required to occupy and hold the office at all times of the I AM Presence.  For to have one holding that Word, I AM THAT I AM, in embodiment is the absolute requirement and necessity for the sustainment of an outer activity of the Great White Brotherhood.  And this mantle and office did beloved Mark occupy and own before his ascension and does he still own in this hour.

  Now, beloved hearts, for want of those who desire to excel—with all of the challenges that this acceleration compels—to the level of the Christ you see the Messenger must descend the spiral staircase of the lighthouse tower and position herself in the office of Christ on behalf of the community.  This produces in itself a certain stress and strain for all concerned.  For although we desire to release the light of the Summit from the I AM Presence, yet the Messenger must function at the level of your Christhood for want of understanding or realization or whatever the cause may be that you yourselves do not take that position.  Thus, beloved hearts, the Christed one of this organization—and there is no limit to that number that ought to be Christed ones—should be known as the shepherds of the people, as the ministering servants.

  And they should have developed within their hearts the discrimination (that faculty for decision-making) to implement right action not only for themselves but for their departments and areas of service.  This discrimination and dependability allows the Messenger to perform the necessary work for you and the world from the level of the I AM Presence.  And this is how Hierarchy ought to be counted in this order.

  Beloved Kuthumi has called you to the Order of the Brothers and Sisters of Francis and Clare.  Understand that striving in this order whether through the path of the brahmacharya or the path of the householder and the family member must be pursued with the goal in mind of the attainment of the mantle of Christ—of the “occupying till I come.”  Do you understand?  When the Masters descend to the level of Christ then, you see, your office is fulfilled in heaven and on earth.  When you present to God a magnet of the Christ consciousness as a community then you draw down the Universal Christ in the ascended masters.]

  It is necessary then that the decision-making process, the listening to the Word, the execution of the Word, the action of the Word become the goal of those chelas striving to move from their centeredness in the violet-flame-transmutation level to the point of personal Christhood.  The Christ is the Word incarnate within you!  The Christ is your Real Self!  Thus you must resist the temptation to indulge the lesser self that opposes that light.

  Some prefer not to push.  Some prefer not to heave and ho and to strive.  Some yet prefer a comfortable niche of what they think is chelaship—to find a nook and cranny and to simply perform the tasks they are given and to do what they are told.  Beloved ones, it is wonderful to have loyal and obedient servants, but this loyalty and obedience must also include the understanding that the office of chela embodies within it, by definition, the one striving to become the Christ.  Thus it is a question of looking at the goals of the world, what they are, and seeing how people in the world become complacent.  When they own their own home and car, have a good job, a few children and so forth—whatever they have envisioned—they usually rest at that point and when you see them they desire nothing more.

  Well, let us pray that that complacency of attainment of the visible goal is not somehow transmitted to the chela who then thinks that because he is chela he may enjoy a life of a chela without further responsibility!  I tell you as the Chohan of the First Ray:  you will one day lose the mantle of chela if the very mantle itself is not employed by you to divide the waters of the human consciousness, to exorcise from you all that inhibits the manifestation of your Christhood!

  Just as the Christed ones are striving to be one with the Father and to embody the I AM, so all who move forward in the scale of Hierarchy maintain their present office while striving to embody the elements and the jewels of light of the next.  Thus is the link of Hierarchy sustained by those who have the capacity to live in the present, to take dominion over the past and past karma—personal and planetary—and to live in the future where they perceive and look upon the goal daily and see themselves already robed in white and reigning with the saints in heaven.   It is necessary to be able to face and to contain the past, present and future compartments of time and space and thus to one day transcend them all at the point of Infinity.

  Now, beloved hearts, let us look at what the office of Guru, the office of the one who must embody the I AM THAT I AM for the community, does entail.  The consciousness of the I AM THAT I AM has been well described by the prophet Habakkuk as the LORD God revealed it to him and as he said “Thou art of too pure eyes to behold iniquity.”   The I AM Presence is the Spirit of God immutable—absolute God-purity, the absolute fount of the perception only of that which is real.  It is therefore the office of the Christ to behold Good and Evil both in the absolute sense and in the relative sense, to counsel and instruct you and to send forth recommendations to the heart of the Father for the release of light unto those striving ones below.

  Now if the beings of light who surround God in the Great Central Sun did not hold the immaculate concept, if the next rings of Christed ones did not retain the perception of all goings-on of the universe, then the central authority of God Himself could not be sustained as the Knower of the All and the One and the Light.

  The just judgments come forth from that I AM THAT I AM because it is pure light. The one in embodiment holding that concept of purity for you, for the earth, for the community because of that very concept and presence can take you on the journeys of initiation through the circle of light, can be the recipient of the transmission of the light of the Central Sun in the initiations you receive, can give to you the living flame of the altar of God that you absolutely require for your ascension.  If you will allow the Messenger to fulfill that office, to deliver the Word, to bring forth the light directly from God for the healing of the nations, then the Earth shall truly have a new dispensation of salvation through the Great White Brotherhood.  If you rise to the occasion of the office of Christhood, all will go well.

  Now I would like to speak to you of the application of that office as it pertains to such events as the [media] attack upon the Church.  It is the chelas and the Christed ones who must guard the citadel, who must protect Camelot and the Ranch, who must take necessary action in counsel.  It is not meet for the Messenger to engage these adversaries on their own ground, on their own terminology.  The I AM Presence is not on trial, neither is the Guru, neither is the Messenger.  They are on trial and they exhibit who and what they are.  And the authority of the Father for the judgment of these fallen ones has eternally been conveyed to the one who occupies the office of Christ.

  Thus the decrees have been given that your Christ Self might enact that judgment. Thus you are the ones who move into action and determine what actions must be taken for the defense of the privilege of the earth to have access to the Mighty I AM Presence through the office and the mantle that we have instituted, which was instituted by God before us.  It is always true that the mantle is greater than the person, but the person has the opportunity to so identify with the mantle of the office as to become the fullness of it and thereby to move on in the chain of Hierarchy.  As this is true for yourselves—the eternal hope of the open door, the eternal freedom to pursue at your own pace the initiations of Maitreya, so it is also open to the Messenger.

  The setting forth of the Law of the Lawgiver is also this office.  Thus our dictations are not intended for those who are in the world and who have not even approached the level of being student.  The setting forth of the Law and the light and the release of dispensations is absolutely essential, and so is the stepping down and the interpretation of that Word by the Holy Spirit through yourselves to those who must have presented to them that which they can take in of this Word.  Now in regard to this media attack the Messenger has informed you that according to her office she has neither viewed this television series nor set eyes upon the newspapers that have been published.  For in the very midst of the fray she must hold that balance.

  Some have criticized her or thought perhaps she was being an ostrich, burying her head in the sand, not wanting to hear about anything of a destructive nature.  I can assure you this is not a condition of the human consciousness, but it is the protection of the mantle of the office by its wearer, the wearer being obedient to our request.  This you may observe therefore in the Messenger:  that the life is lived in deference to the mantle.  And however much she may prefer to do something another way, to befriend this individual or that, it is the deference to the mantle, what it allows—the deference to the mantle, seeing to it that it is not trampled upon in incorrect activity—that does guide her action.

  Thus the keeping of the mantle is the result of the effort of the one who understands and feels the presence of the mantle of the Great White Brotherhood and lives by its Law.  Thus may you be true to the mantle of chela even before you receive it and therefore become so worthy that it is almost perfunctory on graduation day that the robe of the graduate becomes the mantle of chela.

  It is the same for those striving for the office of Christ.  It is the imitation of Christ, it is the practice of the Presence of Christ that establishes in your life not only the reverence for that mantle which is shortly coming upon you but also the respect for the officeholder who does already wear the mantle.  Now I find within this staff that there are some who have come here with what they think to be unusual abilities of an intellectual nature or of a technical nature.  And they have considered themselves more qualified than our servants who wear the mantle of chela or of the Holy Christ Self.  And therefore they have taken it upon themselves to correct or criticize their department heads or those who have gone before them in the devotions, the decrees and the contributions that have kept the very flame of this organization until the new ones could arrive.

  Blessed ones, when you challenge those who wear the mantle of staff in this manner of criticism you are impugning therefore the office of Messenger who has given the assignments as well as of the Darjeeling Council.  And I counsel you today that you are moving in treacherous waters to allow yourselves to be so seized by the conceit and pride of the carnal mind when in fact you have known from the beginning why you were coming to this mystery school—for the very defeat of that mind and to become the humble servant and chela at the altar of Serapis, at the altar of Christ, being willing to take the first and necessary steps of putting on the mantle of student.  Thus I will shortly speak with those who have retained that propensity to be critical of this staff.

  It is necessary for you to be aware of the humble life of Catherine of Siena which was lived by this soul, your Messenger, who deferred to the mantle of the office of the Pope when the bearers of that office were profoundly corrupt and truly betrayed that office. This is the necessary test of the soul who will bear the mantle of that office.  Thus it has been told to her by Jesus that she does wear that mantle representing Christ to his Church by the very fact that she did not turn against one who misused it—but instead upheld the office, “occupying till I come.”

  It is all well and good for you to praise and support a perfect person but, beloved hearts, that is not the reality.  It is the mantle that is the power, it is the office whereby the individual may be the instrument of God.  Therefore we may trust that the Messenger will cling to the mantle and not be fooled, whether by her own mistakes or by those of any other, but will hold that immaculate concept for all and not rely on the arm of flesh—neither upon her own nor upon yours nor upon those who come saying, “We are indispensable!  We are your saviors!  We will promote you, we are necessary to your victory.”

  Once you have felt the weight and the protection of this mantle you rely upon it.  And the mantle of Messenger as the mantle of the I AM THAT I AM is a mantle that embraces all chelas and all Christed ones and does include the sponsoring of diligent students preparing themselves to become chelas.  Thus it is the mantle of the office whereby the dispensation of the organization is secured.  Thus, understand that this mantle must be worn by someone in physical embodiment, and the mantle of Christ must be worn by the many.  But when the disciples became apostles, as spokesmen of Christ, they wore his mantle of Christ and they moved in the Spirit of the Christ consciousness.  Even though from time to time there may have been error in their expression or in their doctrine they had to receive the mantle in order to do the work of the Lord—and the Lord is the I AM THAT I AM.  Thus [in logical progression] the Christed ones are becoming the embodiment of the Great God who is Guru.

  Now I trust you will understand that it is necessary for those striving in this order of Hierarchy to volunteer and apply to become what we will call Elders of the Church—Elders then applying as a word that refers to the Elder Brothers and Sisters who are the ascended masters.  The Elders of the Church may consist of those who are in a position to make decisions, to give counsel, to defend the Church, to be its spokesmen and to be those who determine the security of the Word, Work, chela, staff and Messenger.  I ask you to consider that a council of such Elders ought to be acting in concerted fashion in this hour to defend the posture and position of this organization and should submit its deliberations and advice to the Messenger in order that these proposals might receive the higher guidance of our counsel, the wisdom and the necessary caution which we would convey.  I, beloved ones, counsel you then as your Chief that when this circle is formed I will place the circle of the Darjeeling Council with you, and those of you who have not attained necessarily to the fullness of the office may indeed have access to those who do in a circle of light and in a devotion to the decrees to the Holy Christ Self.

  I am therefore appointing Edward Francis as the liaison between this Council and the Messenger and I am appointing Gene Vosseler and Susan Krister to form the nucleus of that council here in Camelot.  I ask for those of you who feel able and constant, who would determine to serve in this body to come forward in this week to declare yourselves that we might seal such a body in our absence as the Messenger goes forth on this mission.

  This group of individuals needs to assume the responsibility for the direction and the course of Camelot and the Royal Teton Ranch as well as for its defense.  They must have sharpened swords of the Word, be capable in the dynamic decree and truly know what action ought to be taken in this science of the Spirit, the decree work and in the physical domain.  I commend you then to the study of the words of Archangel Michael.  I commend you to the calling of looking beyond the immediate manifestation of the media to the cause and core behind it, to its ramifications and to the destructivity of the fallen ones.

  All things are in the crucible of change.  Thus transmutation and the violet flame can shortcut what may be decreed by karmic Law for the Earth or even this organization. Let the violet flame become your swimming sea of light within and without—the very air you breathe and the song you sing.  May it be fiercely punctuated by all of the calls to the blue lightning of the mind of God and the judgment and all things that you have been taught.  May you rely upon our legions and our presence and the decree to deliver you and the light in this age.

  I promise you this:  neither God nor the Great White Brotherhood will ever desert the one who stands steadfast and makes the call.  Listen well:  stands steadfast and makes the call.  One must have both steadfastness of purpose and the immediate response of the call.  This is the Alpha and the Omega of your protection; we stand by it.  We obey the Law as we must also remain true to the mantle of our office.  And we say to you, beloved ones:  we expect you in the halls of Luxor at the conclusion of this embodiment!  And we expect mighty fruits to be borne by you of achievement for the securing of the Great White Brotherhood that this generation of light, this office, this I AM Race shall not perish from the Earth!

  To the victory of the light in God-government and the economy I am pledged.  I seal you now in the fire of the will of God; will you join me in the holy communion of angels.

     Beloved chelas of my heart, I have come from Darjeeling to attend the session being held in the Royal Teton Retreat here with Archangel Michael, Mighty Victory and all the members of our Council.  We come to keep the vigil for America and for the Messenger and for yourselves.  We come because we have a vested interest in seeing to it that neither the Teaching nor the nation should be caught—caught off-guard, caught in the jar of the frame and the frame-up of the fallen ones.

  Their determination to move this way and that in a zig-zag fashion imitating the mighty Z-ray of cosmos enables them to move here and there on the planet and strike as terrorists—whether through the media in a blitz prearranged in the councils of darkness to discredit our mouthpiece and therefore yourselves and ourselves or through the taking of hostages or the holding hostage of the American people to an economic decline that is also pre-known and forewarned.

  Blessed ones, the failure of individual man to anchor himself in the heart of hearts of God but to always defer to the kings and princes of this world has resulted in great burden to that individual man.  Multiplied over and again it has therefore become not only the burden but the threat to civilization.

  Understand, beloved hearts, that we can only do so much.  The rest is up to you . For your taking dominion over the earth God has provided the raw materials—a science, a mathematics, even a religion from ancient times.  Thus the equation of man against the backdrop of the unknown is not realistic, for his backdrop is known.  Within his being—and as we have vested in certain places of the Earth certain individuals and organizations with our sponsorship over the centuries—there has always been, whether from within or without, the means for the individual to conquer himself and his environment and to find his way out of the dilemma of time and space.  Earth is not a sealed casket, beloved.  Therefore understand that the postponement by the people of Earth and even the children of God of so great an opportunity in the face of such an oncoming darkness is tragic indeed.  Each and every day we examine by the computers available to us what adjustments we must make in the will of God according to that day’s neglect of the divine plan by embodied humanity.

  As the days and weeks and years and decades and centuries pass one can see that humanity has forfeited great blessings.  They have bypassed not only their divinity but a golden-age order and that which has been envisioned by Saint Germain for America. His plan is in great jeopardy in this hour.  As you know we have already sent Messengers in this century, and it was through the same plot through the media that this particular I AM movement was itself set aside.

  The compromise of truth and our standardbearers by those who place themselves to be judge is unfortunate.  But this too is cosmic Law.  For God gives the Messenger to the people for the people to dispose of that Messenger as they will.  And so it is with the message, not only through this organ but through all fields of human endeavor where there have always been those single individuals who have come to teach man the way to go, even in this century, beloved.

  Therefore the one voice who directs and reveals the right way for the economy or the affairs of state becomes the messenger of the Darjeeling Council, the single voice of truth in the field of genetics, biology, oceanography—every area, including education and the fundamentals.  The truth is there—this is the very point of the Lamb that has been slain from the foundation of the world.  This Lamb of God comes first as a principle to be espoused by Christed ones, then it is embodied that the little children might receive the impartations of that communion.

  Would to God that our chelas and our body of chelas were so vast that in fact the concentrated decrees that are given here today and in all of our sanctuaries might be multiplied ten thousand times that every area of endeavor, every challenge might be met by the concentrated action of those who know what is acting and who move with deliberate intent to direct that light into those situations until it is deed—the dark ones and their darkness is consumed.

  Now I ask you to understand that it is a privilege to be so close to the Messenger,  but you must understand the point of Zen meditation and that your own awareness of the control of the mind, heart and body is something that is a part of being about the Father’s business.  When Morya speaks it is time for stillness, it is time for reverence when you contemplate the mystery of the Word descending like blessed drops from the ampule of oil as the nectar of Life is imparted in the very secret chamber of the heart through the light of the Buddha, of the crown chakra.

  Many have sought by force to take the Mysteries and the light.  Many have come as the destroyers in the earth.  Today you deal with terrorism,  tomorrow, what?  More terrorism or war or dark cycles appearing?   Many call to me and say,“Morya, what shall we do now?”  The plan was foreknown by Jesus two thousand years ago and by the Lord Sanat Kumara tens of thousands of years ago.  Thus this Place Prepared is no longer an idea but a fait accompli whose time is come.  You are in the right place, but the Ranch itself remains yet the raw material of that which is to come.

  You who wonder and say “What is my divine plan?”—understand the vastness of the causal body of the Great Divine Director.  In this sphere of light the cosmic clocks and cycles move.  In this great blue causal body for which the Divine Director is also the custodian you will find that each individual’s divine plan is his integration with the whole of the purposes of the Great White Brotherhood in the earth.

  When there is a battle the patriots leave their businesses, their handiwork, their homes, their families and they go to fight the battle.  They do not ask Krishna “What is my divine plan?”  They understand the Law of the One.  So may you know that when the cycles of destruction descend, as they do periodically on planet Earth, there is not the moment to take action.  The suddenness of accident and death so tragic does tell us that in this age there is no time to fasten one’s seat belt.

  Beloved ones, therefore our answer to “What shall we do?” is given.  We have desired to see you in a secure place, a place long prepared, for many reasons.  We have not announced these reasons, for we believe that our Messenger does have enough to deal with concerning the Law that is released and the dispensations which must be known by the faithful and stated for the judgment of the unfaithful.

  Therefore we direct; we show the beauty; we have held our conferences; we have spoken of our dreams; we have revealed the ancient history and the cycles; we have spoken through Mother’s Manifestos of the conditions which are grave in the earth. And we have said “Come; come to this Camelot of our heart, of the Spirit and of the Earth.  Come, beloved!  Take up your tasks, your livelihood; bring forth the lightbearers, establish your families and intensify your chelaship.  For in the day and the hour when no man knoweth the light that you garner now will be the essential key to your victory, to your survival in all octaves.”

  Blessed ones, among those who have passed through the hardships of a holocaust, a cataclysm, a nuclear war, among those in the very midst of these terrorist bombings there is a fragmentation on the astral plane of the souls who are not sealed in a sheath of whitefire.  These problems and records then endure for many centuries, as I gave that instruction in Australia.  And I now reveal, beloved, that Australia herself was the ancient scene of a typical nuclear holocaust long, long ago.  And the barrenness there in certain parts is the protection of incoming lifewaves from living in those areas where the radioactivity is no longer physical but astral from the cause behind the effect, the evil forces themselves.  Then I taught the Messenger and gave to the Keepers of the Flame there the lessons of fear—fear from such experience that now in this hour renders the people incapable of dealing with anything but the most surface activities.  Fear is binding in all directions, beloved.  And most of all it is the fear to delve deeply within oneself, to come to grips with oneself and all of those previous incarnations.

  But you see, it is known that this is the very plot of the fallen ones:  not only to wreck a civilization or take power or see and enjoy the destruction while seizing the light but to set back the very soul, the psyche—the psyche that must be able to stand and face Absolute Evil, to remain in the light strengthened by the Light.  It is no longer even a matter of the virtue of courage or of the stalwart, beloved hearts.  It is a mode of the mind that has become automatic because one has become the light—one’s Presence is the light.

  So whether it is the waves of human emotion or the astral plane or world condemnation such as the fallen ones have attempted to generate through their media campaign against the Messenger and the Church one must be prepared for all types of energies and changes.  One must know the signs.  One must know, above all, that the light within one’s being is God and that God is where one is.  This knowing of course is not an intellectual knowing, it is an awareness born of a flame that grows day by day by the tending.  Each day you increase the sacred fire, and there is nothing to retard its growth or hold back its intensity except the interruptions of human consciousness and especially the admittance of violent emotions or doubt or extreme self-condemnation, depression and so forth.

  These black clouds take their toll.  They cannot so easily dislodge a fire that is built and roaring within the temple.  Thus,the greater the power of the Spirit with you, beloved, the less impact these make.  And yet the greater the light the more delicate the instrument.  And thus the shattering also becomes dangerous.  It works in many ways, beloved.  It is not merely bodies escaping cataclysm or tragedy whom we would attract.  We do not desire these in our midst, and you will note these do not come to keep the flame day after day and week after week.  Thus understand that that fear, that very fear for survival will be the undoing of those—even those who have come to the state of Montana at our behest.

 Blessed ones, the only way you can survive in this Earth or in the next, in any world whatsoever, is by concentration of the God-flame.  Can you not see in the history of the Earth or the development of technology or the proliferation of nuclear weapons by irresponsible nations what may lie ahead as a sudden act, instigated by fallen ones who have found no other means to stop the golden age now dawning through the Teachings of the Great White Brotherhood?   Thus, beloved, we encourage you truly to pursue the path of the holy ones of God and to be most practical in every way in securing this place financially, in securing your families, your health, your land, your industry and in securing the protection of the Messenger, her image, and the Teaching sent forth.

  This is an equation of Absolute Evil mounting, of the necessity of the descent of a tremendous light to counteract this Evil and for you therefore to know that this will produce the chemicalization which you see in these very happenings.  Knowing full well that the chemicalization will be forthcoming we must count on you and Almighty God to intercede with violet flame, with all of the calls you have been given so that the chemicalization itself, the reaction of Darkness to the Light, does not become that which destroys civilization and the opportunity to find the blessed lightbearers and bring them here.

  We are in a race.  I am in the heart of the Buddha and yet I have the supreme sense of time and timing.  All victories have been won by timing.  All battles have been lost by the absence of the sense of timing.  When one is in the midst of the battle it is not always clear what the timing ought to be.  Thus I tell you that at all costs let us lay the foundation and secure the image of the Teaching and of the Brotherhood in order that those who need this truth to survive will not shun it because of the malicious maligning that has gone forth.

  Beloved, I am in the heart of each one of you.  A Guru is very close to his chelas always in the time of the threatening woes.  I can tell you with great peace and love that we have already set in motion that which is necessary for your victory.  Therefore only your own folly could deprive you of that victory—and the slip that so often occurs twixt the cup and the lip.  

  You would like to know what Morya would have you do. Morya would have you become a strong movement of light based and centered here with a thriving ministry going forth two by two into all reaches of the earth.  Morya would have you take the word of light and rescue souls.  But first secure the base.  Without the base the knights and ladies cannot go forth on the quest for the Grail in the hearts of God’s children.  Thus the flame must be tended.  Let those who feel my call and see my eye wherever you are on earth in this hour and in the hearing of this dictation, respond to my impulse and know:  “There were two laborers laboring in the field; one was taken, the other was left.” 

  This is the verse which Jesus and I chose to give to your Messenger in her hour of decision in Boston.  And so as she opened her Bible this verse was highlighted.  And she read, acted on the instant, went to Washington within twenty-four hours.  So is the ray of my heart.  And the Messenger remembers well, even as I remember well, how I entered her apartment to assist her in packing and moving.  This was an extraordinary experience, for she had only known me personally and directly through a very recent contact that I had made with her.  Thus feeling my presence and person and aura the outer mind did its usual somersault and said “Can it really be him?  No, it can’t be; I’ll see.”  And thus she stepped right through me!  Somehow the outer mind would prove that this was no ordinary experience and therefore could not be.  But of course I was still there as big as life, and therefore in the confirmation of my presence all things happened.  And suddenly she was taken as by the Holy Spirit out of one life, one experience, one circle.

  Beloved ones, we all have lived many lifetimes in our final embodiments. The world is not ready to hear about these episodes. The world would like to judge people by a formula. Thus, beloved, realize that in the many compartments of experience to which we have assigned this lifestream there has been a purpose.  There has been the place on the path of the bodhisattva, the strengthening, the balancing of karma, the facing of the electronic belt—so many tests that she herself has not been aware of, so many turns in the road, so many challenges, so many reasons why that which seems wrong is right because cosmic Justice must be outplayed.

  I have counseled her not to be concerned concerning any of these past relationships or involvements or activities or jobs she has held—necessary experiences.  For all of this has been walking the tightrope of balancing personal and planetary karma and bringing to the Earth a vessel suitable for our release of your initiation and the judgment of those who have misused the light so long.

  Our purpose of course is not popularity, though we may be grateful for the kind word.  Our purpose is to go to the heart of life to rescue souls of lightbearers and to see to it that the destroyers in the earth and the dead may not have the opportunity to place their marks on this Aquarian age.  For we desire that Saint Germain—blessed Francis Bacon, Christopher Columbus and our own dear Merlin—and all of these might therefore bring fulfillment to the destiny of the ages.  For it is in the seventh cycle and every seventh cycle, beloved, that the violet-flame action may therefore consume the previous six.  It is such an opening and an opportunity in cosmic cycles to transmute personal history and all of the histories of the infamy of the fallen ones, to transmute the records of the psyche that have been waiting, waiting like the thing stored in the basement for a thousand or ten thousand years.

  These fears, these records of holocaust could not be removed until this century.  You have no idea how heavy and dark life has been in those years when the violet flame has not been in the hands of the people . It has been grossly misused, even in this activity, as individuals have come who would never have had the opportunity to be received in any of our retreats, so heavy was their karma, so rank their aura.  Yet they have been received with love by the Messengers and staff and all the congregation.

  They have been washed clean, initiated, new suits placed upon them, rents in their garments healed—all this in the matter of one or several quarters of Summit University and a time of service—only to come to the place, as that point of pride, where they have said “I do not like the way the Messenger is doing this or that.  I do not like the actions of the board of directors.  I was not treated well when I went here or there.”  And thus in this colossal misuse of divine opportunity they have gone out, lost all they have been given which was taken up then by the holy angels and received once again their karma and more upon it for their abuse of opportunity.  And then in this state, beloved, where they see they no longer have the power wherewith they may condemn or decry they now experience the bitterness of gall, the outer darkness to which they have cast themselves.  And now they cast themselves in the role of expert eyewitness of the Messenger, her family, yourselves, the activity.  And from the jaded eye of their own greed and their own darkness they tell the world “what it is like to be at Camelot.”

  Thus “Tell them!”—the opening words of Climb the Highest Mountain.  Indeed you are climbing.  If I might point to one particular area of some neglect, I would say that our call to you to preach the Word, Sanat Kumara’s call even to our staff, has not been fully answered.  Nor have you fully dealt with that timidity that says “I am not a speaker.  I cannot give forth the Word.  I will let so-and-so do it.”

  Beloved ones, Paul himself had no excellency of speech.  Moses stuttered and required a spokesman.  The mighty ones of God were not chosen by outer excellency of anything but by humility and purity of heart.  And when they showed themselves willing to stand, trembling, knees knocking before a single soul or a group or birds or rabbits in the field, when they have said “I will speak though I know not how” we have empowered them.

  But if the empowerment does not come, for the diligence must first be served, what is that to thee to stumble and falter?  Are you too proud to make a fool of yourself?  Fools for Christ, you see, beloved.  When one retains the pride of person and what some one or the many will think of oneself,one is not made of that material whereby and wherewith the saints do face this persecution that does rise proportionate to the light that is carried.

  It is good to be able to laugh at oneself and laugh with others who laugh at oneself and be not perturbed.  For sometime somewhere you must come to realize that the outer shell is not the real man.  I trust it will not be then when the death rider comes shaking before you the skeleton and reminding you that you are mortal.  For in that instant you should have already learned that you are not mortal but immortal.  The immortal spirit is not offended, is not concerned at the foibles of the human, moves on and is more concerned about the survival of a soul, the rescue of a brother than how he will look in delivering the message.

  Our Lanello desires me to remind you that his own knowledge of grammar was not perfect, or far from.  Yet he did not hesitate to speak because Jesus told him that if he had to wait until Mark was perfected, the cause would be lost.  Is it not true of us all? When were we ever perfected enough to be recognized as Christ?  When, beloved?

  It is because of the oncoming cycles of karma and calamity that Saint Germain determined before the Lord Sanat Kumara (and the same Cosmic Council before which Sanat Kumara had appeared so long ago) to deliver the gift of the violet flame as the only means and way of escape in swift order for the lightbearers of Earth to give them that opportunity to be at the point of vibration which is the vibration of Aquarius and a golden age.

  Blessed hearts, the way is hard.  It has been so in the inner retreats.  In the etheric octave the testings have been long for souls to overcome that human pride and misunderstanding of oneself as the self instead of as the greater God-Self.

  The violet flame is the keystone in the arch of being.  All other rays, especially the first ray and all servants thereof, have come to protect or teach or lead or heal or guide or purify or serve those souls of light that they might be free to invoke the violet flame and then to apply this flame to God-government, to free economy, to free education, to freeing of the mind, freeing of the press.

  But who has taken the flame?  Why the serpents of course.  And they have taken that freedom as license to do what they will and to overtake the lightbearers at every hand against all principles of justice and truth and law and order well-defined.  Is it always the case?  Most of the time.  The fallen ones do not pay as they go; they want the light without price, freedom without price or responsibility.  Irresponsible is the word—and further it is crass—voiced against the Messenger.

  Such souls are bankrupt and were long ago bankrupt.  They must be brought to light and seen for what they are.  And by this seeing you may finally believe that Absolute Evil incarnate is a present possibility, even through the shell.  When the soul has long ago died the shell may remain, may procreate itself, bringing forth more hollowed-out ones that become vessels for hordes of darkness and black magicians of far greater adeptship than the shell or the former individual who occupied that shell.

  Blessed ones, how far can the dispensation of the violet flame go in the face of its abuse by the fallen ones or its neglect or abandonment or desecration by those who have been given its opportunity?  Those who may look into the face of Saint Germain and call that face “Satan” are creating a god out of the very image that lies within themselves.  Those who denounce the blessed Master must deal with that karma, beloved.  And karma comes due in cycles and the judgment descends.  It may tarry in order that the flame might gather all of the elements from the four corners of the Earth of the karma of that one, for that one shall not return to Earth.

  Thus the Law desires to be satisfied.  And the Law will be satisfied even while the saints cry out “How long, O Lord?”   But you are also the embodiment of the Law.  And we are chohans of the rays, we embody the Law of each ray.  When we bring to you our Electronic Presence we bring to you a grid of the Law to magnetize all of your being, to stretch every muscle and organ and chakra to come as far as we dare step up that one so that you may be the embodiment of our ray.

  Each time we come with each Pearl or dictation you receive our light is given precisely that you might now become more of the manifestation of God that is held in the heart of that Guru, that Initiate, that ascended master.  Thus by the ones who dictate you may see what priority we are placing upon your chelaship in that week.  Do not neglect then to call for the assimilation of that light of our Electronic Presence and for the stretching of your capacity to assimilate that light.  This very stretching, beloved ones, comes through the use of the violet flame.  The violet flame expands the capacity of the mind to embody the mind of the Great Divine Director.

  I AM El Morya of the first ray with a heart filled with compassion for each one of you, with a heart filled with joy and gratitude and true satisfaction that the cycles being fulfilled through the office of the Messenger and the body of chelas are on time in many areas and may soon become more on time as pertains to the Inner Retreat and its building and its builders.  Those which are on time concern the inner cycles of the lightbearers and the judgment.  These may be accelerated in answer to your call and to your application.  I have charged the Messenger to demonstrate these decrees to you and to reflect into your auras and hearts an inner intensity of fire that I have placed there, not for her alone of course but for you.  For all that I do for the Messenger is to reach you, beloved.  For this is our agreement and our joy.

  We then look at the vast challenge of the cutting free of the lightbearers and establishing this great sphere of a new Camelot.  Let all occupy the proper niche and the grid of light.  Let none delay the calling when it comes.  And let all consider that each and every dictation itself has been a call.  Therefore do not always expect that more than this will be given.

  The funds are needed, it is true, greatly needed.  With a greater outlaying of supply and more capable hearts and hands we can be ready.  But the hour is late, almost too late as we see it, to be at the finish line of what we desire to see here by the first of January 1987.

  I pray that some will understand the priorities and understand that they must count for the many.  Just as God does not descend to control the immediate downpour of weather or thunder or lightning but allows the forces of nature to act (for they too are the outpicturing of causes), so we cannot stand in the way of many conditions that will come to pass in the earth.  For it is humanity’s karma of neglect to deal with them, their failure to take the opportunity of the presence of Saint Germain—that opportunity well known in America, mind you, since 1930 and even before.

  Thus the postponement of which I spoke in my opening remarks—the postponement of seizing the opportunity—must also be the karma.  And the lightbearers and their decrees may not always stand between individuals and their responsibility to do more than play or take Earth as a playground.  Unfortunately many of the adults of this nation and all nations spend their entire adulthood playing-playgirls and playboys—behaving as children or worse.  And the cycles roll; and the fallen angels occupy more ground and influence more millions.

  The escape is there.  We will not forever subject our chelas to the Darkness.  But when we desire to take you to the plane of another world you must be ready.  You must have fulfilled all of our challenges, our plans, our directions.  You must surely be ready, encapsuled in the sacred fire, sealed in the violet flame, each one standing in the Electronic Presence of Archangel Michael.

  Truly you know not the day nor the night when the Bridegroom cometh as a thief in the night.  The preparedness of self and community is the major force that must occupy all of your hours, all of your concerns, all of your goals . For in so engaging in this our work, which we assign you on behalf of many little ones shortly coming, not only will you win your ascension but you will win your God-mastery and your adeptship.

Fear not the Work, it is the Lord’s.

Fear not the Word, it is the Lord’s.

Fear not Thyself, it is the Lord’s.

Fear not the Judgment, it is the Lord’s.

Fear not the Vengeance of our God.

Fear no thing, neither in heaven or earth,

Nor in Death and Hell itself,

For fear will be thy undoing.

Therefore the fear of the One Lord

Is the beginning of wisdom.

   I take this phrase for you, for the one who wrote it knew that a man’s fears are his god.  A man’s entire life revolves around his preoccupation with his fears and securing himself against those fears.  When you are free from fear in the subconscious level, beloved ones, as well as in the emotional body, you are free to create, to move, to be a revolutionary of the Spirit, to speak out and to become truly an ascended master.

  Fearlessness flame is the key to the slaying of all other beasts on the lines of the clock.  Where is there a greater hour or moment to slay this beast than as you stand squarely now with the Sun releasing the initiations of the hierarchy of Cancer?  It is the sign of the Mother, the sign of the opening of the astral plane, the sign of the opening up of the hatch out of which shall come all of thy fears parading, causing the sense of injustice and self-pity and indecision.  Fears are so numerous, beloved, it is like determining which ant to go after when you have fifty ants crawling on the table. This is indecision—when you are not focused on God but on the manifold ploys of the enemy.

  Be enveloped in the cloud of God, beloved.  Be at peace, be in love.  My sword goes before you; it is the sword I have always borne in thy name.  I wield it this day in thy defense.  The will of God never fails!  Espouse it!  Abide within it!  Proclaim it!  Place thy feet firmly in its very heart.

  Beloved, the will of God never fails to deliver you from all treachery and intrigue and the enemies of Light.  The will of God will deliver you into the arms of the everlasting Father.  Keep then thyself out of harm’s way.  Cease thy experimentation with the fires of Death and Hell.  Cease the fantasy that you do not need Archangel Michael or his protection, that you ought not to take the signs of events as a portent of thine own future.  Read well the karmic cycles.  And learn of me and mine, for I am in the heart of the I AM THAT I AM.  And I, Morya, reveal myself to you in the flow of events and the outplaying of history.  If you would learn God’s will through me, observe the karmic cycles of thyself in the Earth.  Observe the acceleration of testing.  Be strong and firm and determined.  Look neither to the right nor to the left but up into the face of God whose face I AM.

  Beloved, no man need tell you, no Master need tell you what is coming upon the earth.  I AM WHO I AM.  And that I AM is where you are.  For a wicked generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given save the sign of the prophet Jonas.  It is indeed a wicked and adulterous generation.  Do not touch them, go after them or imbibe their food or drink or their sounds or their visuals or their images.  For this is the poisoning of the soul.  Thus contemplate that the soul, as she is vulnerable before she has entered the alchemical marriage, can be poisoned, can be violated, can be perverted.  Thus come apart where you are free to be who you really are.

  I withdraw now and return to the council chambers to see what has been the conclusion reached concerning certain events and situations.  I will be here in the intensification of my aura at the Grand Teton for seven days and perhaps longer.  This then is the period of time when you may magnetize my presence.  For I make available a certain ring of my causal body of the will of God to you in each of your endeavors, in each action that must be taken to bring all into alignment and to throw off all that opposes that alignment.  With the sign of the heart, the head and the hand I salute you forevermore in the name of the Cosmic Virgin. [applause]

    Hail, flaming ones who have come to the knowledge of the first principles of holy love, who desire then this holiness of love’s early dream and are willing to endure unto its completion.  I am El Morya, sponsor of these Messengers and of the path of your chelaship through the will of God.  I salute Chananda as he has delivered the opening address from the Darjeeling and Indian Councils of the Great White Brotherhood, sponsoring the light out of the East unto those gathered here on the very edge of the Motherland.  Thus tarry with me an hour, for I would speak to you of the mission of twinflames today.

  First I would tell you that the ascended masters always address the question of what is most necessary to the God-realization in the chela and to the meeting of the demands of urgency of the hour—urgencies which engulf nations and leaders and families and solitary souls climbing the mount—the Mount Olympus or the Himalayas, Mount Shasta or the point of Everest.  Blessed ones, climb the mountain to the I AM Presence and understand that the need of thy soul complementing the urgency of world need is for a greater wholeness, a greater love and a greater light.

 “Incompletion” is the stamp that has been stamped upon many a file of many a chela whose records we keep in Darjeeling.  “Incompletion.”  Beloved, understand that this means that the divine plan cannot be completed because of personal karma or world conditions or the separation of twinflames.  Understand that at one point in the career of your Messengers their reuniting hung by a thread.  Its possibility was present by a thread of contact and a thread which if broken could become buried deep neath the tides of the sea, as deep as the transatlantic cable.  Thus realize that not all have found one another.  Some have passed as ships in the night, producing tension, frustration, sweating, bad dreams, psychological conditions, the sense that all is lost and ultimately the obsession and more severe psychological problems which in fact are not truly resolved in the presence of the Beloved but often exacerbated.

  Thus I come to pierce the illusion that all problems are resolved by the meeting of twinflames or even soul mates.  But I come with a statement of truth:  that all problems may be solved by this union when it is founded upon the Rock of divine reality.  We come and we sponsor because your hearts have yearned, your souls have prayed, your minds have sought—sought to fulfill the reason for being in this life, sought to attain oneness with the perfect one.  We will connect those for whom the connection results in a positive force for one another and for society. Where it would be detrimental in all ways or some we recommend the accelerated path of the chela, humility before the Teaching of the Great White Brotherhood which does give to you the knowledge of the violet flame and the call to Astrea which is the most powerful mantra to the Divine Mother that has been released in this octave.  

  The power of the Universal Mother carrying the circle and sword of blue flame that is released in this mantra is great indeed, capable of fulfilling every manifestation of the Mother, East or West, and capable of driving from you evil spirits that lurk, addictions, self-indulgences and all pettiness that snatch from you that precious love which comes so gently, so powerfully and yet is as fragile as crystal and can be broken and will be broken by the forces of the night unless you keep the tryst with Astrea and Archangel Michael and Karttikeya whom you know as Sanat Kumara.

  Understand that the highest and most perfect love begins with your individual expression of the heart, the expansion of that flame of love until all irritation is consumed and pride is not and you stand before your God truly worthy of whatever blessing can be given.  Inasmuch as personal karma is the key factor separating twin flames and inasmuch as it is desirable that twinflames unite in service, the x factor that can make the difference is the entering in of one of the ascended masters or of Padma Sambhava or Gautama or Sanat Kumara to sponsor that union by pledging to take on the karma that does keep apart those souls.  This sponsorship is like the sponsorship of the individual chela except it is the joint sponsorship of the twain.

  This then is a call you ought to include in your prayers.  It is a call that says:  “O God, I desire to perform the best service and to fulfill my inner vow with my twinflame.  If it be that karma does separate us and therefore our service, I pray, let the Lord God set it aside for an hour and a year that we might show ourselves worthy, plow the straight furrow, enter into the service of our God and our country and of world freedom that together we may choose to balance that karma.  And we do choose to do so, Lord God.

We pledge then no matter what may come that if we be united, we will serve in harmony by the Grace of God to first balance the karma taken on by an ascended master that that one need not carry for us the burden that is truly our own.”

  Thus having so said, it is important to record on paper in your own writing this prayer and whatever you have added to it with the date carefully inscribed and with your signature.  You may insert it in the book of the Everlasting Gospel.  You must remind yourself to call to Archangel Michael to defend the highest encounter and to bind all impostors of your twinflame.  For as soon as the desire is set and the sail is raised on your ship the false hierarchy will send in those of attraction, of glamor or of heavy karma or even the initiators that come out of the depths of darkness posing as Krishna, the holy one of God that is thine own.

  To prepare for the perfect union one must have the vision and the inner tie to God that tells one of the lurking danger. Thus keep the prayer and the call.  And when all tests have been passed and the one sent is sent remember that the purpose of that togetherness is truly first and foremost the balancing of that karma and the setting free of the ascended master that indeed has sponsored you and paid a price, the understanding of which will not be yours until one day you stand to offer yourself to pay the price for another.

  Now it does often occur that this very call results in the ascended twinflame approaching the unascended one.  And thereby the union of hearts, as Above so below, can be fulfilled as the ascended twinflame does hold the balance of the karma while the unascended twinflame accelerates on the path.  This union may become so great that the ascended master and the unascended chela may walk the earth as one at inner levels, and the Electronic Presence of the ascended twinflame may be upon the unascended one.  Thus that unascended one having an aura of completeness presents therefore to others a strength, a love, an ability to give because the source is wholeness, is oneness.

  This path must be prayed for.  Some of you are not able to unite in a very personal way with the ascended master who is your twinflame because of intervening personal relationships that have become, if I might tell you, all too personal.  And as a result even the most intimate communion in the secret chamber of the heart with your Christ Self is too often interrupted by the sympathetic heart that is more attuned to the sympathies of other human beings than to the Christ of those human beings.  The [auric profile of the] sympathetic heart, the heart of self-pity, has been drawn in pastels through the Messenger by Saint Germain.  You can see its downward pull and the muddy aura that it produces.  The antithesis of this type of misqualification of the heart is expressed in the one who is all too impersonal and therefore does not have a momentum for the release of the fires of the heart in love to brother or sister or pilgrims upon the path of life.  Thus whereas the nonexercise of the heart results in hardness of heart, its misuse makes it become emotional and bowed down with that vibration of pity—pity, I tell you, that is not able to raise up oneself or the friend.

  Now understand that as I am El Morya and the Chief of the Darjeeling Council, I represent God-government and I counsel the nations.  And I perceive in this hour the great burdens upon India.  And one of the greatest burdens of this nation in this hour is what we have called the Black Brotherhood of India.  Not only are they the impostors of the true Gurus and Masters but they are the impostors in government, in the economy, in the educational institutions—they are impostors in the sense that everything they do is to oppose the divine plan of twinflames from coming into manifestation.

  Much of this comes from greed or the desire for power even if that power is impure—the desire to control, the desire even to control individuals on the spiritual path by limiting their knowledge of the true science that comes from the God Himalaya.  Thus they may entertain followers and disciples or chelas, but they may limit their knowledge of the Law and the use of the light, telling them it is for their good, even as in the West in some circles communion is served without the impartation of the wine of the Spirit, or the Teaching of Christ is incomplete because it stops before the teaching of the internalization of the Word is given.

  In this case then the false teacher brings but a little of the path and withholds the rest, doling it out crumb by crumb merely to keep the followers tied to himself.  He having no light [i.e., Christ] of his own does live upon the light [Christ] of others.  And thus these mechanisms are highly refined—the enslavement of souls by the Black Brotherhood of India drawing a dark circle around them and seeing to it that they cannot press through to the Brotherhood of Light.

  This false hierarchy then has come in the person of many false gurus to America, to the English-speaking nations—to Australia, the British Isles, Canada.  Through the nations of the world they have come; they have taught siddhis to those who have not the Spirit incarnate of the Lord Krishna.  They have given initiation of mantra to those who have not surrendered their souls and hearts to God, who have not paid the requirements of the Law. And yet these false gurus, beloved ones, they do not, they do not indeed actually transfer the highest light.

  Thus a network of false hierarchs, false gurus and false chelas is being built around the world establishing the antithesis to the Masters of the Great White Brotherhood by promising immediate results—the results of energies in the spine or the chakras or certain powers or certain relief from suffering—all of this without the required balance of karma or the path of reunion.  This then becomes a limitation to the divine government of India and of America, for it is the best servants and the lightbearers who, seeking the light [the Cosmic Christ], become encumbered by and often even fascinated with the false gurus.

  Beloved ones, I counsel you then to know that we have given to you in the path of our Teaching that which will secure you and protect you from any idolatrous cult or association which has as its foundation the avowed determination to keep you separated from your twinflame but tied to the false guru.  Thus the allegiance is mandated by these false teachers to the person of the unascended guru instead of to the Person of the Godhead and the I AM Presence.

  We warn because we have seen the going astray of lightbearers into these avenues.  And it has cost them sometimes for several embodiments the scheduled union with the twinflame, the scheduled initiations with Maitreya.  And the world itself has suffered, for these lightbearers have belonged at the very heart of their nation’s government, educational institutions, sponsorship of motherhood and in the holding of the balance of the economies.       

  We have called this conference then and we have called it for this very purpose, that you should understand that the necessity of divine Wholeness is the mandate of the hour to solve the international crisis of war, of the last plagues, of the fourth horseman of the Apocalypse who rides as the death rider in this hour.  

  Whatever you see in the world can be healed by the science of the spoken Word through the soul’s union with the I AM Presence, with the ascended masters and with the twin flame, first at the level of the Christ Self and then in all levels of being—each decree and mantra therefore being offered in the defense of this community dedicated by Maitreya to the reinitiation of twinflames who left the Garden of Eden and did not take the advancing steps on the path.

  Maitreya has come.  He has set up the Mystery School, choosing the Royal Teton Ranch as the place for that light.  He has come to call ancient souls, twinflames back to the initiations where they left off on the continent of Lemuria.  Here was the Mystery School, here was the opportunity, here it is born again.

  Do not fear and do not withdraw when Maitreya recounts to you at inner levels what are the requirements of the return to this opportunity.  It comes once in many thousands of years.  And each and every one who hears my voice in these rooms—you must know that you are here because you need this initiation in order to be effective with your twinflame and to make your ascension.  Do not be concerned that life may be hard or situations may be painful.  These are outer things and outer circumstances.  Live in the eye of the flame in the center of the heart.  Perform thy duties with joy.  Fulfill all things and win thy freedom, not to escape but to be free to heal the world.

  Thus we are come.  Thus we place ourselves at your service.  May you know the meaning of having access to the ascended masters through Maitreya, Sanat Kumara, Jesus, and Gautama—the Lion, the Calf, the Man and the Flying Eagle.   So these are the symbols of the ones who hold the divine office in the four quadrants.  So let your heart be opened to the Mysteries of Christ.  And do not deny them before you have tasted of the nectar of thy Christ Self.

  Yes, I tell it to you straight:  you have been indoctrinated, both East and West, with a false theology—at best incomplete, at worst in error, at best by the well-meaning ignorant, at worst by black magicians who have stolen the light of the Universal Christ of Jesus.

  Rejoice that you have found the light in your heart.  Lament not the years of Darkness, for these too were the karma of thine own neglect.  This is the day of the opening of the temple door.  Walk through, for the Lord Christ beckons thee.  Fear not, for to fear the ascended masters and the Christ and to feel secure with the false pastors is of all conditions most reprehensible.  Thus let us turn the tables:  tarry with us then to learn the discrimination of the heart, take in the light, for the words of the decree are pure.

  In the name of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ we have come that his star might appear within you—twin stars of hope for future bright.

    I am come with a dispensation of love and light whereby love might increase upon earth.  And as I have stood before the Lords of Karma and the Cosmic Council and as I have heard their deliberations concerning a greater release of love they have said:  ‘We would long ago have increased the light of love upon earth, but always when there is even the increase of the presence of love in the presence of the avatars there is that intense misqualification among mankind as the love comes upon the aura and by their own momentum of hatred that love is turned to darkness.  And therefore the Lords of Karma have withheld love until there might be found among mankind the very firstfruits of love—those who would come forth to understand the great disciplines required to hold that flame within the heart and to keep it steady hour by hour.  And therefore the dispensation is an opportunity for all souls of light who hear or read this dictation to know that unto you is given the opportunity before the Lords of Karma to prove your use of love in the highest order and light of service for a period of twelve months.

  “During this twelve-month cycle, you will know the initiations of love under the twelve Hierarchies of the Sun according to the unfoldment of the cosmic clock….Now this will be for the purpose of unfolding within you the understanding of the movement of the energy of love, the sealing of love in the chakras, the turning and the acceleration of the chakras by purity and by love, by decrees to the white flame and the pink flame wrapped then and bathed in the violet and blue light of Alpha and Omega. Then at the conclusion of that twelve-month cycle just before the resurrection flame comes again a year from now in 1979, those who will have passed the initiations of love and sealed the love and light and who have been a focus for the transmutation of world hatred and fear and doubt and discord and inharmony will find that the Seven Holy Kumaras will come to accelerate and to seal within your seven chakras a most extraordinary manifestation of love that comes to you by the love of the evolutions of Venus, of Victory, of the Ancient of Days.  And in that love you will know a fuller manifestation—an infilling and an infiring of your being with the light of the Holy Spirit....

  “Beloved ones, your brothers and sisters of light, your ascended twinflames—those who are on the etheric plane and those serving upon Earth—are one in this hour in our flame.  For we have provided the flame of Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus as a chalice, a giant chalice unto Earth’s evolutions to hold the souls of twinflames that twinflames might come into the union of the divine embrace for a moment now during the release of this dictation.  And some of you have not been together—separated by astral momentums—for even hundreds and sometimes thousands of years.

  “We are calling then to the souls to come into this chalice of light as the guardian angel and the great cherubim now escort your soul as it transcends the body temple and enters into this joy of the eternal reunion.  This oneness of the flame is yours to share with a cosmos.  And as you have heard the aria of the singing of twinflames you have heard the longing, the compelling love, the action of that light as the singing, one unto the other, causes the caduceus action in the seven chakras and the rising of the energy.  And thus the building spiral by spiral of light is indeed the goal of life for twin flames.  Now in a moment of silence in the whitefire core of our being seal then the love fires and embrace the one that you have always loved.  [14-second silence.]  The sealing of that love is by Father and Mother, Son and Holy Spirit.  Blessed ones, forevermore keep the flame of love on Terra in the remembrance of the fond embrace and in the understanding that you are never alone but at inner levels your hearts beat as one in three-quarter time—two hearts beating as one in the heart of God form the nucleus for the light that is the victory of the age....

  “O beloved ones, let the petals of the rose, as the velvet caress your souls and wrap you now in that grace, in that mercy and above all in the kiss of promise whereby you know that you will meet again in the hour of the victory and in the hour of the ascension but that from this moment on there is established once again the indissoluble link—the thread.  And so, beloved ones, remember that for every service that you perform there is the arcing and the pulsation of light unto the Beloved, and for every disservice or misuse of energy you have burdened not only yourself but the one that you love and hold so dear....

  “Now let us draw forth, by the command of love, the light of the heart:  (Give this as a mantra)

In the name of the living Christ,
I command the flame of the I AM THAT I AM
To send forth the light, the quickening, the energy.
O Lords of Love, Lords of Creation,
Lords of Mind and Lords of Form, Lords of Individuality,
Reconsecrate life and all lightbearers
Who are part of the evolution of twinflames.

   “Let this release of energy then be as a giant cable—an acceleration of love whereby instinctively, intuitively, by the wisdom of the heart reinforced now by Helios and Vesta who stand in the Sun to radiate their love and light, this dispensation will be the empowering of twinflames to stand in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit to command all life free!...” 

  Beware then of the impostors of your twinflames.  You have heard of the impostor of your light and your Christ Self.  Well, beloved ones, the jealousy of the fallen ones for the love of twinflames is well known, and out of that jealousy there has evolved the pleasure cult, the cult of sensual thralldom whereby the fallen ones have promoted—with a mammoth energy and momentum—all of the cult of death, attempting thereby to subject twinflames to the unnecessary release and expenditure of energy whereby their life could be siphoned from them.  These fallen ones in their jealousy then have gone forth to imitate your flame, your name, your image, your love and they have been on hand to steal that light of love.  

  Understand then that you may stand together in this very moment as we stand and as Helios and Vesta stand in the center of the solar system, and you may in the name of the Christ and the I AM THAT I AM give this command:   In the name of Almighty God
And in the name of the Christ
I challenge the fallen ones,
The impostors of our twinflames.
I challenge them in the darkness of the night!
I challenge them in the noonday Sun of Helios and Vesta!
And I call to the seven archangels
For the binding and the judgment of these fallen ones
On earth and in heaven
As it is decreed by Almighty God
According to His will, wisdom and love.
I call forth the judgment.
And I demand then that accountability
Be set before those individuals
Who have attempted to usurp the throne
Of kings and priests unto God—
Twinflames united in Love.
I seal this call this day
In the light of the Holy Kumaras,
And I decree it
For the fulfillment of cycles
And the Piscean age.

   Beloved hearts, this call will set in motion the decrees of the Lords of Karma for the result in the fullness of time of the removal of these fallen ones from this system of worlds as they will stand judgment before the Four and Twenty Elders at the Court of the Sacred Fire.  You have a right to bring to court in heaven as on earth those who have wronged your lifestream, those who have been engaged in practices of injustice by the usurpation of your light, your identity, your supply, your energy.  And so, beloved ones, all is submitted to the will of God, and God is the eternal judge, but by your fiat you therefore compel those who trample upon your blessed consciousness to give accounting of their works which are done in darkness to subvert the union of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  Now I desire with the deep desiring of my heart to seal you each one, and therefore as I touch your forehead I will also touch the forehead of your twinflame.  And in some cases the twinflame is a cosmic being of light who hovers above you sustaining the polarity and the flow of contact, in other cases the babe in arm, the soul evolving and a few whose twinflames are yet lost in the ways of death and darkness.

  Beloved ones, you whose twinflames have not yet found the path must make fervent calls that you yourselves be sustained on the path, for you become the vital link of the wholeness of your being....Your acceleration of the flame of love will result—as in heaven so on earth—in the reunion of your twinflames for a cosmic consciousness and for the energy that is needed in this hour of cycles turning.

  Blessed ones, I leave you with one thought—that if some among mankind as the sons and daughters of God do not pass the initiations of love and that swiftly, Earth will not move into an age of light but into an age of darkness.  The decision rests in the hands of the few who can perceive the Teaching and understand the challenge of the hour, the few who understand that the twinflame of love is the constancy of truth.  The constancy of truth is the day-by-day application of love even when you are weary, even when life seems sometimes to be the repetition of episodes.

    In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Selves of (give names of people for whom you are decreeing), by and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in the threefold flame burning within my heart I call to beloved Mighty Astrea, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water and earth! to lock your cosmic circles and swords of blue flame in, through and around:  my four lower bodies, my electronic belt, my heart chakra and all of my chakras, my entire consciousness, being and world.

Cut me loose and set me free (3x) from all that is less than God’s perfection and my own divine plan fulfilled.
