DARPA and Gates--what they are up to

1)   5-5-20   Bill Gates has teamed up with the Department of Defense and DARPA, which is the special project research and development arm of the Pentagon.  The team-up was a call to develop a brand new type of vaccine which is being rushed into productionIn this report, researchers document how Bill Gates is not only working to fulfill the UN’s global vaccine program but how Gates is also working to take control of the food supply chain globally, a long-desired achievement of the UN.  Also, find out about the mandatory vaccination policy being kept under wraps in addition to another Gates-funded venture to blanket the earth with real-time surveillance from space.    https://www.mirrorreview.com/bill-gates-partners-darpa-for-covid-19-vaccine/

2)   3-15-21  WASHINGTON — The White House will soon unveil a wide-reaching public relations campaign aimed at boosting (experimental) vaccine confidence and uptake across the U.S., Biden administration aides told STAT.

This television, radio and digital advertising blitz, set to kick off within weeks, will focus on Americans outright skeptical of (experimental) vaccines’ safety or effectiveness as well as those who are potentially more willing to seek a Covid-19 immunization but don’t yet know where, when, or how.  Specifically, the campaign will target three groups in which access, apathy or outright skepticism may pose a barrier to experimental vaccinations:  young people, people of color, and conservatives, according to a Biden aide.  Congress and the administration have set aside over $1.5 billion for the effort.                                                                                                            “I’m worried about the 15% of Americans who say they will not take the (experimental) vaccine,” said Sten Vermund, the dean of the Yale School of Public Health. “And about 8% or 9% of Americans say, ‘I will take it if they make me, if my job forces me to.’  So that’s about 23% or 24%, and that’s flirting with the level we need to get to herd immunity.”

Dorit Reiss, a law professor at the University of California, Hastings, said:  “It’s community leaders that you want to get on board, and it might be better for the federal government to provide funding for a variety of willing community leaders to address those communities instead.”  https://www.statnews.com/2021/03/15/white-house-unveil-a-wide-reaching-billion-dollar-campaign-convincing-every-american-to-get-vaccinated/

3)   1-6-2021  The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) today announced two upcoming actions by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide more than $22 billion in funding to states, localities and territories in support of the nation’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2021/p0107-covid-19-funding.html

4)  4-9-21  The Biden administration today began to flesh out a proposal for a new agency--modeled on the military’s (largely covert) Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)--that would seek to speed the development of medical treatments by funding risky, innovative projects.  The agency, dubbed ARPA-Health (ARPA-H), would be housed at the National Institutes of Health and have a 2022 budget of $6.5 billion, according to a White House spending request released

Few other details about ARPA-H have been released  https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2021/04/biden-wants-65-billion-new-health-agency-speed-treatments

5)  10-12-20  Profusa (San Francisco-based), which is developing a nanoscale biochip that can detect symptoms of an infection.

Profusa’s biochip is made using a technology called “hydrogels” that were a product of the “In Vivo Nanoplatforms” (IVN) program that DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office (BTO) launched in 2014 to develop implantable nanotechnologies.

These hydrogels are soft, flexible nanomachines that are injected beneath the skin to perform monitoring. This hydrogel includes a specially engineered molecule that sends a fluorescent signal outside the body when it begins to fight infection. This signal can then be detected by a sensor attached to the skin that can then be sent to an app or even to a doctor’s website.

When it was first tested in 2018 this hydrogel was being used to measure glucose, oxygen and lactate levels.  However, this past March the company quietly announced that it was conducting a study to see if the technology could be used to detect respiratory diseases, including COVID-19.

More importantly, Profusa’s biochip is expected to receive fast-track authorization from the FDA by early 2021.  With this in mind, some are speculating that the biochip will more than likely be the candidate for the mRNA vaccine’s delivery.  https://www.cyberwar.news/2020-10-12-darpa-funded-implantable-biochip-deploy-moderna-vaccine.html

6)   8-28-20   A technology being developed by a San Francisco Bay Area company in conjunction with the Defense Department, and a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, irreversibly ties humans to an artificial intelligence "cloud," and provides feedback to a database on changes in body chemistry.  The technology is marketed as being useful in detecting cases of COVID before symptoms show.  https://www.ar15.com/forums/general/FDA-Nears-Approval-of-Bill-Gates-and-Pentagon-Backed-Injectable-Biochip-Implants-for-COVID-Detection/5-2363264/

7)   12-4-17  WASHINGTON, D.C.   Over 1,200 emails released under open records requests reveal that the U.S. military is now the top funder and influencer behind a controversial genetic extinction technology known as “gene drives”--pumping $100 million into the field.  The trove of emails, obtained via open records requests, also shed light on a $1.6 million dollar UN gene drive advocacy operation paid for by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.    https://foe.org/news/military-revealed-top-funder-gene-drives-gates-foundation-paid-1-6-million-influence-un-gene-drives/

8)  Dan Wattemdorf pushed ideas that became a DARPA program called ADEPT, which invested $291 million from 2011 to 2019 in an array of technologies.  Wattendorf, who has left DARPA and now works at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, said that looking back 10 years, the agency was trying to solve the problem of speed to protect American forces.
