1) It has been demonstrated in Russia that Communism cannot completely dim or shut off the flow of divine feelings in the hearts of the people. And so there in that land, even to the present time, the rulers have been unsuccessful in stamping out feelings of religion, even in that nation, to their dismay and to their surprise.
I ask that all of you take a little more cognizance of your blessings than you have in the past. I ask that you intensify your feelings of gratitude for your own beloved country, both America and Canada, and realize that eternal vigilance is the price of liberty. And therefore do include the people of the land of China and enslaved peoples of the world in your calls daily.
2) The dramatic and cultural channels of the free world have been more and more deliberately committed to the spread of immorality and sordid examples of human turgidity. It is time this stench were cast out as an unwanted traitor to the aims of freedom. Do you suppose the people of Russia would desire to have such undermining filth divert them from the purpose of fulfilling their own objectives? Why then must our own beloved America submit? Why do not the free world and the churches of the free world seek the downright overthrow of all such calumny?
3) I would like to point out that even in Russia there is a stirring today in the hearts of certain leaders and an awareness that much is to be desired in their own system. A feeling of envy occupies their consciousness as they gaze upon America and its system. They will not admit this even to themselves and yet silently within their hearts they are aware of it and therefore are inclined to stand somewhat in awe.
Therefore there is a strange juxtaposition in the world today, as some of the leaders of that great land Mother Russia stand in awe of all the advancement and progress that has been given to America and to the free world. Yet they have accomplished in their system certain benefits for their people. I would like to call to the attention of mankind, however, that these benefits are limited in comparison to the great benefits that come about through freedom and through the amplification of God’s power in man.
4) We affirm that all men are children of God in that they all have the threefold flame within them. Yet Genghis Khan and Hitler also possessed a threefold flame that was designed to manifest the Christ. The fact remains that those who at the present hour desecrate the civine Intent by the practice of witchcraft, although they were intended to inherit God’s kingdom, are not only hindering themselves but they are also hindering the planet through the emanations of negation which they release.
5) As we circle the Earth then we pass over the Middle East. We see the devotion of a people in Russia, in the Communist lands also. That devotion is, too, a manifestation of the God-flame, but it is without direction, without purpose, the devotion placed to a lesser concept, a concept that is indeed without vision and has only the sight of the physical senses to devote itself to the state, to Communism, to man as a mortal, limited form. Alas, these need our prayers, for these too are God’s children.
We behold the temple of Kuan Yin above Peking. We see the ministrations of angels of the Temple of Mercy reaching out to the people of China who also know not the direction in which their devotion is intended to be manifest, and we pray for these also. We pray for the little children taken from their mothers so early.
And we gain a cosmic sense of the world need, of hearts of the world which are indeed one through the sacred fire manifesting there, and then of the human needs, the needs of the people.
6) There is always the universal threat of nuclear holocaust, of nations destroying nations; for Russia can well destroy the United States today, as the United States can well destroy Russia. Although their powers are not equal, both have enough to do the job. And then there is the rising threat of darkness from the mainland of China. O China, land of illumination, how thou art fallen as Babylon is fallen, is fallen, the mighty city!
7) And so you see in the dispensation given by the ascended master Cuzco, each pilgrim who journeyed to South America should have his heart tied to a devotee of light now living behind the Iron Curtain who has been contacted by one of the avatars walking in the physical plane in the past twelve-month cycle. That dispensation was the forerunner of my own plan, my plan whereby you and you and you, individually, collectively, become the center of a mighty Sun of being, of the Manchild delivered of the Woman for this age and unto this age. And that Sun as it intensifies in brilliance, in power and light and love and wisdom becomes, as the Divine Mother, able to contain within itself more and more of humanity and of the millions who desire to be free and yet know not that they even have that desire.
8) Millions in the Soviet Union and in China have lost their lives for the love of that Mother-flame, of Mother Russia and of the wisdom of China. They are the saints robed in white who are on the etheric plane, not yet ascended, and who cry out “How long, O LORD?How long? How long will our brothers and our sisters on earth bear the cross of the crucifixion?” And the LORD God answers “It is not yet—not yet time or space to draw them into the whitefire core.”
These saints and these sages are the ones who walk the Earth in deference to life and to freedom, preferring that life and that freedom beyond the self. These are the devotees of the masters! These are the devotees of Jesus and Gautama and Mohammed and Confucius! And wherever they are in evolution they are willing to bear witness to the truth which they believe.
They are our chelas! They are the ones who belong to the mantle of Saint Germain and Morya! We find them where they are and we take them, niche by niche, higher and higher in consciousness until those who are at the top of the spectrum are able to receive the crumbs from the masters’ table of the teaching, of the Law, and then to eat, to assimilate and to become that Law.
9) I speak to all who love freedom in every nation on Earth: Fulfill the light of your karmic destiny! Work to give forth the culture of the Mother in your nation! Whether it be Mother Russia or Mother India or Mother China or Mother America, let it be that the souls of the children of the one flame respond to the call of the Mother in their own tongue, in their own culture. And let their cultures be purified by the flow of the flaming ones—sons and daughters of God ascended, cosmic beings who gather on Terra at the portals of consciousness to accelerate God-consciousness, to exalt those who would be exalted in the God-flame, to bring to pass the saying that is written “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
10) From Taiwan they will back up the Communist forces across China, across the mainland, across Russia. And the rescue of Terra will not be from Europe, but it will be from that focalpoint of light. And thus the extension of the light of the Mother from that focus in Santa Barbara and all focuses on the West Coast must push on to the islands of Hawaii, to Japan, to Australia, to Indonesia and to Taiwan.
And I am calling to the children of light who have embodied in this organization, who are yet in their mothers’ arms. I am calling to these souls who have reincarnated from this mighty people to arise now and keep the flame and guard the flame.
11) You know that many of the great churches and movements of the world have pursued that Machiavellian concept of the end justifying the means. Keepers of the Flame dare not! People of America, of Russia, of China, of Africa and Europe--they dare not! Let every leader in every nation upon earth hear the Word of the Goddess of Freedom! To compromise the Law is to seal your pact with death; for that which compromises truth and cosmic law is the inception of a degeneration spiral and a disintegration spiral, and it is doomed to failure from the start.
Let mankind be content to build slowly but to build upon truth. Let the nations of the Earth be content to build upon the platform of truth. Let them place first the education of the masses of people not according to this or that historical revision, for the revisionists who have rewritten the history of the world are feeding that fodder to the children. But let the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood be taught to the children of the world. Let these teachings go forth and let them be the teachings of the mastery of the self.
12) Was it not Karl Marx who said of the proletariat: “You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You have a world to gain. Working men of the world, unite!” Of course they [the manipulators of the people] have nothing to lose--they didn’t have any attainment in the first place! Of course they have everything to gain--they have to gain the attainment of lightbearers whom they cast down, whom they have guillotined, whom they have murdered, whom they have buried with their bulldozers under the soil of Russia and China and Eastern Europe and every nation where they have taken over.
One way or another they have buried the lightbearers--either by the influences in mind and psychological reduction of a people to the position of weakness or by raw power, by artillery, by armed might. Whatever the consciousness of the people the fallen ones working through these have an adaptation of their schemes.
Now I say, we expect that lightbearers will adapt the teachings of the I AM and of the Great White Brotherhood to America in this age. We expect that you will not stand still for this holocaust of darkness across the brains, the hearts of the children of light. We expect that you will write to those individuals in the Senate and in Congress who have behaved like decadent Romans who caused the fall of the Roman Empire (with their sensuality and their lust and their whiling away the hours) while America goes down and down and down.
We expect that you will wage now a warfare of light that is in absolute God-control, that is not emotional, that is not manipulative, that does not stoop to any tactics that are beneath the level of the Christ. But by the power of the freedoms which you enjoy you will expose the lie, you will expose the truth and you will not lose this torch of freedom and this opportunity of the age.
13) I call those flames to the mastery of the heart-chakra in this quarter of the archangels of the love ray. I call forth the children of light that we might forge a witness in this age. I call forth those wonderful souls who keep the flame for Mother Russia. I call you to come home. Watch how the angel of the Lord will also open the doors for you as you make your way to the feet of the Cosmic Virgin and the interpretation of the ascended masters’ release to mankind.
All of this warfare and this division that has been created as the divide-and-conquer tactics of the fallen ones, even midst the brethren of Ireland and of the British Commonwealth of Nations and throughout Europe and the Eastern countries--all of this is to this one purpose, children of the light. Now understand, it is to keep the children of Israel (of all that is real) separate and apart in the last days.
14) Beloved ones, be on your knees for the preservation of the ‘I AM the guard’ consciousness and for the work of K-17 and Lanello. For the intelligence in this country is neglecting now to isolate those individuals who are known to be agents of the KGB, who come representing Soviet-Communist nations of Eastern Europe and of Russia and who are in actuality using their embassies to create focuses of anti-light and anti-freedom by all manner of devices and manipulations of energy and spy activities that are being carried on today in this very city and in the city of Washington and are being unchecked because of the avalanche of opposition to departments of this government who ought to be in the position to act and to act swiftly.
15) We must also consider larger problems of this nation and of all the nations of the Earth. Century by century the momentums of war have outplayed themselves, even in the very year of Maria Montessori’s dedication of her work as the work of God. So did my message go forth—1917, the hour when the bell tolled and millions of souls passed to other octaves at the hand of World Communism. Thus cycles repeat themselves, and we see that the fallen ones have contrived more than one way to destroy the soul, body, mind and heart of the little children. The conspiracy waxes strong and many become weak. Many have fallen away from the service of the (inner) Church.
16) We would establish our coordinates. We would multiply the light. And because of the very dedication of those students who have come forth from the European continent to attend Summit University and to propagate the teachings of light--from the very heart of the Great Divine Director, from the very flame of Rakoczy itself there comes forth opportunity.
Blessed hearts, a decade ago there was a great need for this opportunity, but the sign was not given. The dispensation was not forthcoming because of an absence of devotion and of love from the people themselves. Saint Germain has worked very hard to uncover and cut free those souls of light who have emerged to take their place as chelas of the sacred fire.
