  On 4-30-1789 at NYC, G. Washington inauguration, which occurred at 10.75 degrees Taurus—birthdate of USA.  Thus at April 30, 1819 the progressed Sun (solar progression at rate of 1 degree/year) reached 10.75 degrees Gemini, advancing 30 degrees.  Advancing 20 more years or 20 degrees along the zodiacal circle, the progressed Sun reached .75 degrees Cancer—April 30, 1839.  Another 30 years, 30 more degrees of solar progression and we get to .75 degrees Leo—April 30, 1869.  Then to .75 degrees Virgo on April 30, 1899.  Then solar progression goes to April 30, 1929 to .75 degrees Libra.  By April 30, 1959 we have by solar progression America at .75 degrees Scorpio.  By April 30, 1989 at .75 degrees Sag.  By 4-30-2019 Sun of America’s birthchart progressed to .75 degrees Capricorn.  So, presently Americans have a leadership role to play, first needing to get organized and rightly aligned/tuned individually.  -r, mt. shasta
