357. But the daughter of the world and the Mother of the Universe will mend the pieces of the raiment of he Lord. And you will come ready to receive your vestment. For, wherefore the power and wherefore the sacrifice if there be no joy? And where is compassion and where is devotion and where is the love of creation If your shoulders are not bedecked with the raiment of the Mother of the World?
421. Not necessary are countless fantasies and plans; the spirit proceeds freely. Earth's burden must be lifted. Layers of effluvia enwrap every cradle. Blessed is the mother who draws open the curtain to let in the light and who offers the first blossom.

After Atlantis when a blow was inflicted upon the cult of the spirit, the Mother of the World began to weave a new thread which will now begin to radiate. After Atlantis the Mother of the World veiled Her Face and forbade the pronouncement of Her Name until the hour of the constellations striking.
II, viii, 12. The Mother is Beauty; the world is self-sacrifice. Precisely by these two fundamentals are the gates opened.
II, ix, 7. with the Mother of the World all-seeing cooperation is unavoidable.
III, v, 2. And how did the Great Mother renounce the worlds? In that She contained the greatness of the structure of the future and henceforth nothing could hinder the growth of the spirit.

96. Mothers carry their children close to their hearts as a panacea for calming them, but usually one is unaware that this holding close to the heart creates a powerful reaction. Thus also in the subtle realm We gather people close to the heart for strengthening and for cure. Of course the heart loses a great deal of energy through such strong application. But then more than once has the heart of a mother been represented as transfixed by swords and arrows, a symbol of the acceptance into the heart of all actual pains.
106. Also, why are women often awakened to the subtle realm? Because the work of the heart is most subtle, and thus transcendentalism appears easier for them. Verily the Era of the Mother of the World is based upon realization of the heart. It is precisely feminine potentiality in all life alone which can solve the problem of the two worlds. Thus one can summon woman to understanding through the heart. That will also be useful primarily because the quality of the heart is eternal. It has ever been in the tradition of world religion that the Church is the Bride of the Holy Spirit. The Church is the feminine aspect. The Church represents the squaring of the circle. The New Jerusalem is the City Foursquare. It is the squaring of the Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Church comes forth so that the Mother-flame can be enshrined upon the altar; and with the Mother-flame enshrined upon the altar the Church is the magnet that draws the children of God back to the ritual of ordered service and worship whereby they pass through the gate of the victory of the ascension.
