This is very weird as a basic mistake has occured: neither player chose to properly finish the game. In a way it is an abandoned game then or one might ask who was ahead at the time of game-end. White was actually ahead. However, the correct move by black would have won if he made it instead of passing. He didn't make the move so he didn't win. -r
