Dominion is established by acceptance of your divine right to express the perfection of paradise in your world. Complacency has brought about a weakening of mankind’s will to do good and the blind mechanical acceptance of whatever life seems to throw at them. The self-imposed yokes and tyrannies which have been accepted by you since early childhood from the mass mind almost as a hypnotic effect must be broken by the establishment of patterns of divine grace….Precious ones, mankind do almost mechanically accept the fads, styles and trends fostered upon them by those who are able to manipulate the social structure of the planetary body to their own ends….
As mankind’s wonder about science increased many became so enamored with the outer modus operandi of the physical world that the inner activities of the soul were totally neglected to the point where mental illness was spread abroad through the land. By reason of his isolation from his God-source and the karmic action which ensued man sensed the gradual waning of his life-force and shouted in desperation for his plight, “Let us eat and drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.”…
Do you wonder, dear people of Earth, that in all that has happened in the past to the people of this planet, all that is their history, God Himself continually strives to elevate His blessed creation and extricate it from this mass confusion?

The figure-eight (flow) is between the i AM Presence and the lower self. When you have a real Guru in the flesh who receives you as chela this is the relationship you have. 24 hours a day for life the Guru’s causal body is flowing into you and your self is flowing into the Guru. The Guru cleanses, strengthens, purifies and sends back to you your self. Now that is the exact relationship you are intended to have--the soul with the I AM Presence, with the Christ as the mediator of that flow. You are the quick if you maintain the flow 24 hours a day between your lower self and your higher Self.
You were once the dead but are now quickened by the presence of the light and the person of the ascended masters. It is a process of awakening and quickening every cell and atom of consciousness. None of you has the complete 100% flow from your causal body to your outer self. If you did you would have much greater God-consciousness and self-mastery. That is the goal, and the Messenger becomes the mediator of that goal releasing the light whereby you gain more and more awareness of the person of God the Father. You have not seen the Father but have seen the Son and you must see the Son in flesh and blood. You must be able to understand the Christ in the person of the witness. All else is simply our imagination, the best that we can conjure up from the Bible, from stories, from visualization. Until the Christ is anchored in the flesh of someone with whom you have that relationship you really do not understand what the personhood of the Christ is.

And that initiation of Christhood, beloved, demands obedience to the law of sound, rhythm and the cosmic music of the spheres. For should you who would be entrusted with God’s power in this age go out of the way of harmony and disobey the voice of the Messenger when the command is given—“Peace, be still!”—or when you cease your peace and remain in discord, when you refuse to stop and arrest the spirals of death and decay and rebellion, in that moment, beloved, you must not have the power of God at your disposal to misuse. For so grave a karma should come upon you to sin against Elohim. Understand the command of “Peace, be still” of the Lord Christ. It is the warning: if you will be not still you are in danger of making grave karma by your continuing actions misusing the light of the seven chakras. You must speak it to the carnal mind in yourself, to the tramp thoughts that upset you! For it is one thing to have concern and lawful concern, but if your life is tumbled and tossed by your concerns, beloved, you are also in a vortex that is a downward spiral.

And therefore I must in protest come again to overturn the moneychangers in the temple. Blessed ones, the mysteries I have taught have been banned and denounced as heresy, and therefore you are as shorn lambs today, having accepted the orthodox lie of sin and condemnation. Therefore upon the hour and the brink of an age of destiny when the dark powers of this world are determined to make war and to destroy and to take this entire continent I say to you, because they have not passed on to you the great teaching of my heart, therefore the true shepherds are not raised up. Thus the wolves in sheep’s clothing in church and state have effectively taken from my own the great truth of the ages.

Blessed ones, without the development of the heart chakra and the conscious tie to the Brotherhood of Light the best that can be offered both teachers and students is an outline of the Teaching itself and the lessons that you can write that these children ought to have….it is therefore for those in embodiment who have a calling on the second ray to dedicate their lives and the victory of their ascension to the restoration of the true Teachings [concerning man’s reason for being on Earth] that were in the schools in past golden ages and whereby all lightbearers and evolutions did complete their rounds and ascend to the Great Central Sun.
The [retrieving of a lost] generation and more from all of the burdens that have been discussed…can only come about through the warfare that must be waged against [the attackers of youth in order to forestall the outcropping of these astral] conditions [into the physical plane]. This is a process of exorcism [and a slow process at that inasmuch as the youth themselves are not engaged in this warfare of the Spirit but ignorantly align themselves with one or more of the Hydra of Lerna’s 9 heads].
If the youth are to be delivered of these conditions there must be a positive affirmation of that which ought to be, and that [requires the statement of] the Law and the Teaching itself which must [be illustrated with] examples [drawn from life].
