The world belongs to Him and He belongs to you, and this belonging is the greatest conveyance that has ever been made. Unfortunately the world neither understand nor accepts it, for they dwell in the obscuring clouds of mortal consciousness, of things visible which in themselves do not have the power to perpetuate life but only to manifest it temporarily and fragmentarily.
All of nature—earth, air, fire and water, the very elements of which your body temple is composed—must come into obedience unto cosmic Law and to Spirit, for the Spirit of God that giveth life, the Spirit of your own mighty I AM Presence, is your victory and it is within you. If you will only accept and understand this fact you can have the dominion that the Christ intended you to have over all outer conditions including the manifestation of the natural man which houses the Spirit….
Jesus said long ago, “I and my Father are one….Thou, Father, art in me and I in Thee, that they also may be one in us” is our prayer. Let all understand that oneness does not mean loss of opportunity. God if He desired to do so could long ago have absorbed into Himself all of creation by a fiat of His mind. But He preferred to take mankind into His heart as conscious God-free beings possessing the equality (the energy-quality) of all eternity. He wants them to possess every quality that He has in dynamic abundance, retaining for them forever that wondrous happiness of utter livingness which the Presence of Life is…
Now let us seize this opportunity that is before us! Let us change the world by the power of infinite love and the acceptance of victory for every man! Let us deny the power of outer conditions to limit any man, woman or child upon the planet! And let us see if we cannot produce for this age, here and now, the miracles of Cosmic Christ victory!

Not in numbers but in the majority of the Godhead is the victory won….But now is the time to be up and doing, to be about the Lord’s business, to put aside the trivia of the world, to look neither to the right nor to the left nor behind, to put aside family, friends as well as enemies and to say: “This day I AM consecrating every erg of energy within my being in the service of the light. And I shall not be moved; I shall not turn back. I shall have my victory and the planet shall have its victory!” Such is the dedication of those who are now cosmic beings, those who have overcome the world; and this is the dedication and constancy of the emerald sword.

The sense of victory is electronic, vitalizing, healing and faith-producing. It is an activity of perfection working in the walls of time; it is a heaven of ideas maturing and pulling the whole bent of the mind in their direction. Positive thoughts that expand are like flaming seeds that illumine the horizon of the mind; those who permit themselves to dwell in negativity have not the momentum to expand the victorious sense—the only means by which one’s laurels can be won….
I must remind all that one can do no more for himself or his universe than he thinks he can. Out of the sense of victory victory is born. Why will you not see that God is obtained through your own Christ-awareness as you invoke the fiats of the divine nature? Like a staccato burst of energy they ripple across the mind and heart and then return to the peaceful flow of certitude, of calm soul-knowing. Out of patience and steadfast devotion victory is born. And love and light come to all who will aerate the mind and cleanse their consciousness of those distressing specters of the past. Fruitful endeavor carved out of plodding effort climbs the hills of victory into the domain of achievement that enriches not only the self but the entire universe….
As each man realizes his intrinsic worth sealed by God within his being he sees that He who made all things by Christ continues to frame each monad in the reference of pure love that nourishes the seeds of victory within his soul.

And when you have produced a diamond in the heart by your devotion to the will of God you may knock (at the door of my Darjeeling retreat)....Be not overconfident of our position. On the rolling logs going down the rivers of the world moving you have to remain surefooted to remain on those logs....Do not take for granted the fires of the hearth of the Mother. They will not always be there. As time and space move you will find yourself sometime, somewhere totally on your own. And if the fire of your heart is not sufficient you will freeze in the cold of the world’s neglect of the Teaching. Some day you will have to rely upon your heart alone for sustenance, for flow, for tie to Hierarchy, for your own ascension. You must learn to know when you are living off the light of another and when you are living on your own attainment; this is not a game; this is serious….
.Now understand why we have the discipline of this retreat, why we have the discipline of the first ray....There is no progress possible in this activity or elsewhere until you have passed the tests of the first ray. All precipitation begins with the ray of the will of God. If you cannot meet its demand you might as well forsake all of the rays.

Therefore I AM Jesus. I come to you in this body, and I would come to the world in your own body as well. I must give you then more than I can tell, but this I may say: that the presence of my being with you is the first step, but the quickening, the initiation must come by an inner accord and an agreement that you understand first and foremost that Christ who comes to you to initiate you by the sacred fire of the Lamb of God must cause to have delivered to you a certain portion of your karma which must be transmuted within you ere you can move upon that life of service.
And therefore by prior decision you must know you are willing to bear--whether it be adversity, whether a physical burden, whether a hardship, whether grief, whether suffering loss here or there. You will understand that the coming into alignment of your soul with God must be an adjustment.

Bring justice to every area of your life, every chakra of your being, every department of this activity, every endeavor of your nation, the work of your hands, your sacred labor. Let each word you speak and song you sing and effort you make for life be charged with the flame of God-justice so that in the very act of your service you may be bringing the transmutation that is reenacted by the mighty scales--showing the balance of cosmic forces in the very light of the Holy Spirit and restoring the great God-consciousness of Libra where so many fallen angels have fallen as to almost give a bad name to that sign.
And so, beloved hearts, the return of the flame of God-justice in all of its glory will see the transition out of the astral plane for many souls. For you understand the line of Virgo where the God-quality of justice is positioned is the last line of the emotional quadrant. And therefore to get through the place of God-justice means that you are home-free on the line of God-reality. And in fact you can only see God-reality when you have justified your cause by balancing your karma and therefore standing face-to-face with the reality of your own higher consciousness who is the smiling one of universal and cosmic Justice.
I AM Gautama Buddha, I AM the Lord of the World and I rule in peace and in justice, in freedom and in wisdom. My heart is an open door of love. And by love God has fashioned in the intensity of His light every attribute which you need, my beloved, to ascend right out of that socket of mortality, right out of that pocket of self-pity and self-delusion and limitation!…
Fear dominates the international scene as those heads of state, those who are the leaders of nations are themselves worshipers of the anti-Light, have cast their lot and their weight in with that very dweller-on-the-threshold and have untied the forces of anti-Buddha together with the monied interests of the planet against the children of the light.
