“Verification” in the Iran deal is even more of a scam than you thought

According to Annex 4, the Coordinator of the Commission (to resolve inspection of Iran nuclear sites) will be the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the EU, Federica Mogherini. Her appointment to the EU position was strongly opposed by East European and Baltic members of the EU who regarded her as too pro-Russian.  Ms. Mogherini began her political career as an activist in the fiercely anti-Israel youth federation of the Italian Communist Party. In the CPI’s successor parties (the PDS, DS, and PD) Mogherini rose to a high position as a foreign policy bureaucrat....

Huge bribes will be paid by business interests in Commission countries to their own politicians to get them to look the other way. These interests will then be rewarded by Iranwith lucrative concessions.

Annex 3 of the Plan commits the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany to take steps to protect Iran’s nuclear program from Israeli sabotage. Secretary of State John Kerry confirmed that this includes cyber sabotage. 10-11-15   Britain has lifted the ban on 22 Iranian banks and companies blacklisted because of alleged involvement in deals linked to the nuclear issue.

German trade with Iran has risen by 33 percent, making it the Islamic Republic’s third-largest partner after China.

China has signed preliminary accords to help Iran build five more nuclear reactors. Russia has started delivering S300 anti-aircraft missile systems and is engaged in talks to sell Sukhoi planes to the Islamic Republic.

France has sent its foreign minister and a 100-man delegation to negotiate big business deals, including projects to double Iran’s crude oil exports.

Other nations have also interpreted JCPOA as a green light for dropping sanctions. Indian trade with Iran has risen by 17 percent, and New Delhi is negotiating massive investment in a rail-and-sea hub in the Iranian port of Chah-Bahar on the Gulf of Oman.

9-18-15    The (Iran nuclear) deal’s enthusiasts may be a tiny minority of GOP supporters, but they represent big bucks.  Often in Washington, the numbers that matter are measured in dollars, not votes....

It just so happens that Boeing stands to reap huge money from Obama’s lifting of the sanctions.

10-1-14  The New York Times reports that the Obama administration has retreated from the longstanding demand that Iran dismantle its nuclear centrifuges, instead merely calling for Tehran to disconnect them from each other.
