What dual-use means these days

 There was a white-hot genetics/virology debate raging in 2021 keyed to the furin cleavage site of the spike protein genome, with reference also to a Moderna 2016 patent for a cancer drug perhaps involved. This debate could not be resolved, I think for a reason, a broad and deep reason: dual-use (military-intelligence/civilian applications). Throughout the world this part of science, mainly virology and genetic engineering, is ever caught in the dual-use riddle: transparency versus state or corporate security/don’t tell anyone unless that person has certain security clearance. So the dual-use riddle cannot be avoided, but this context is not so well remembered either except by those caught or living in it. These elements are important but less crucial than (5) a Chinese scientist Li Wenliang claiming the virus was a lab-leak that Globe and Mail mentioned; that scientist was arrested and he died. All these elements are dual-use issues. But there are many more not in that Globe and Mail story. (6) Daszak had many connections in China and with big Wetern investors. It’s all dual-use, basically including gain-of-function, and in terms of man the meaning of dual-use necessarily includes stealthy, covert, clever. Of at least 19 “chapters” denoted above, no matter what position one arrives at on any one or several of these chapters, it cannot be gainsaid that every chapter involves dual-use, and this dual-use is worldwide. These LNPs are basically two hydrocarbon chains connected together with phosphorus with a complex group. People exposed to these nanoparticles could develop disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). LNPs also suppress the immune system and cause all sorts of problems.
