I come to the shrine of the Lord Our Righteousness whose righteousness is always established by the mercy of the Law. Won’t you be seated then as we consider these things. These things which we desire to consider are those things which have been considered by the avatars who have come to Earth for millions of years. Whether in the etheric octave or on any of the planes of being the Lord God had sealed with His planetary home always the presence of the Guru and chela. Thus the Master’s discoursing in the full empowerment of the Word has always sustained the matter universe. And it is the Teacher and the disciples who gather therefore always to celebrate the mighty functioning of the Atom of Being that does indeed sustain the worlds that are framed by the power of the Word of Brahman. Sometime and somewhere there is always at least one, one who represents the Word, speaking that Word continually, transferring it to hearts who are gathered. You may notice also how the increase of light, the spirit of community and activity is always there when the masters come to the quarterly conferences and dispense that light. Whenever the Messenger is releasing that Word, whenever a single soul is counseled or comforted or rebuked the power of the Word is sustaining the reason for being of matter itself. Matter functions upon the very same principle. You will understand the hierarchy of the nucleus. You will understand that surrounding the one orifice of the light of Alpha and Omega there are the bodhisattvas—there are those who sustain that light and anchor it in the alchemical frequencies of matter. And therefore when the sun- center is intact the most beautiful, the most magnificent veil of cosmos is extended. As the veil of the Cosmic Virgin, so the Milky Way as stars suspended together in this veil—you will come to realize that matter itself, which enables your consciousness to evolve in this dimension, is composed of that substance of light that is the perpetual spoken Word. Matter continues to exist while sons of God put on this veil of the Mother—these body temples. And in this veil of the Mother the flow of the Word is always the coordinate. When you speak the Word of life, when you recite the beautiful sayings of avatars who have gone before, when you read our dictations aloud, when you give dynamic decrees, when you recite the Hail Mary you are the anchoring of the Word of the Logos itself. Therefore, beloved hearts, this is why the Lord Jesus taught the ultimate mercy unto those evolving in samsara—and it is to believe on the One Sent. For the belief is the connecting tie whereby you become the orifice of the Word. You by free will elect to be the electron revolving around the center of the Word by which the worlds are framed. Ring upon ring upon ring establishes therefore the more complex atomic and molecular systems. And therefore all facets of the necessity of life—by mercy’s flame, by the giving of the Word, by the Guru—are established in the heart of the chela—the free who will elect to move by a cosmic rhythm, by a scientific formula, by a momentum that cannot be traced. So is the coming and going of freewill elect ones, so is the coming and going of the wind of the Holy Spirit. You have heard of the solar wind. You have heard of the cosmic wind. There is a wind inside of the Earth; there is a wind that moves between therefore the elect ones. There is a wind that moves between atoms and molecules of life, and in the very entering in to their systems this wind is by way of the charging of matter spheres with the light of the Spirit and of the Holy Ghost. It is the Lord’s means of hallowing space. You have noticed how without the movement of air life stagnates. There is no cleansing, there is no revivifying or purification, and after a while joy is lost. Thus in the breezes that blow, in the wind and in fire you understand that only in movement is God preserved in matter. And the movement of life itself, the diurnal turns are created by threefold flame of heart. This is why those without flame are called the living dead. For without that flame the molecules and cells of life do not take on the radiation of other worlds, for matter is a bowl intended to be endued with a living spirit. And only by the Word, only in the Word, only in the perpetual creation and re-creation of life can all things sustain on Earth in matter the matrix for spiritual existence par excellence—the spiritual existence of perfection of golden ages and worlds beyond worlds. Therefore the clay mold in its entirety, the physical cosmos is the experimental mode of the Godhead. There Elohim may create and sons may experiment, and even fallen ones who exist at sublevels of the matter universe may experiment in freewill and regain that status in the pure and undefiled material universe before the return into ultimate Spirit. Understand, therefore that the levels of contamination in the astral plane, in the physical plane and even in the mental plane do not represent the entire physical universe—by no means! How could the Godhead maintain the balance of Spirit/matter, Father/Mother or positive/negative polarity if it were allowed that the entire matter cosmos could be contaminated? Therefore the place of the etheric plane, therefore the higher octaves that still represent the Omega presence are the place where the matter matrix is held in matter. And because it is held in matter it may still be externalized by you, beloved hearts. Have you ever thought and considered that your knowledge of the ascended-master octaves and our retreats is scant in the outer mind? A realization as to the fullness of what life can be in the eternal mode is not necessarily that which you are well acquainted with. I can assure you, beloved hearts, that as you have longed for an existence of peace, of love, of enlightenment without friction, without the burdens of misqualified energy you find here, so that place does exist and you are also entitled to live there and move there and know the joy of an existence without weight of the Dark Cycle, of the Kali Yuga and of the return of karma and of the age when there is the binding of fallen ones; and the seed of Serpent forevermore must come before the Lord God and be bound—and the not-Self, the anti-matter and anti-Spirit be cast out. Now the anti-Spirit is that which is absolute evil pitted against the God-flame wherever it does manifest in matter. Forces of anti-Spirit moving in matter are opposing therefore the ones who have descended from the I AM Presence bearing with them the candle from the altar of heaven. The sacred fire held in matter is therefore the target of every form of war and terrorism and murder and contriving against the living Word. O my beloved hearts, those who descend who are the candlebearers from the Almighty, from the Temple Beautiful who have determined to bear that light and therefore to ensoul a matter universe must come together and be one and manifest as a sun- center to life. As the sun- center is on Earth, so proportionately will be the descent of beings from the Sun, children of the Sun, angels magnificent, and the new day of Helios and Vesta. The concentration of light representing not only the Great White Brotherhood but the Great Central Sun itself is our goal. And to that end we support the striving ones who are the Keepers of the Flame on Earth. To that end we set aside a land that is promised from the beginning. To that end we open our retreats and we hold there with the Messengers classes attended by tens of thousands per class. And these go on nightly, night after night as the witnesses witness unto the teaching at inner levels and here on Earth. You understand the value of the mouthpiece. And therefore realize: without the mouthpiece the instrument cannot be played. Thus we would not desire to do without the missing part nor would you. Thus we send you forth, teachers of righteousness. We send you forth as ministering servants. And we hold you accountable, beloved, by mercy’s flame for the Word and words that have already been sent. For this you understand is your level of maturity. You are not high school students! You are graduates earning graduate degrees not available to normal evolutions of Earth. Thus our University of the Spirit, the Ascended Master University, beloved hearts, is for those who take the initiative to study and to organize the material and to apply that which is given. The admonishment has gone forth to study the Pearls of Wisdom which means not only to read but to study and organize the information and to be thoroughly acquainted with the dispensations that form a foundation for each new cycle turning. We must build upon that which we have already builded, and we build upon the cornerstone of the individual and universal Christ Jesus—Christ in Saint Germain and El Morya and every ascended master. That person of Christ is one’s point of immortality, and the sons of God must contain that Rock that is the cornerstone. All of the other stones in the temple of our building and in the pyramid of your life must be the exemplification, the bringing forth of understanding upon the principal manifestation, such as in the teaching on Christ as the presence of mercy. That presence of mercy, beloved ones, and the beginning of unfoldment of its awareness, its vibration and its presence give you a new consciousness as to what it means to be the Christ in the flame of mercy. Thus the teaching does unfold applications of the universal Word, the universal Logos. Its applications are infinite, but we strive to bring to the evolutions of Earth, and specifically the souls of the Ancient of Days, those facets of the teaching which are necessary both to the victory of freedom on Earth and to the victory of the soul in the ascension of the light. Therefore we do not come to entertain, and all that we give is the meat of the Word and it is an understanding that is essential. Even as wisdom and gift of the Holy Spirit of wisdom is given so the gift of knowledge is also given. And you may seek that knowledge where it is best available. Knowledge for instance of world conditions has ever been the method of our understanding of where to direct the wisdom of the Word. Thus we have taken—prepared by stalwart hearts—the expose and analysis of terrorism that you might understand what it is and that you might realize that it is a plague fast approaching the United States. But, beloved ones, though Archangel Gabriel has determined to seal this nation from it there have been examples here already of terrorism in disguise so as not to alarm the people. Two of the principal figures that were presented and presenting information in that film have already mysteriously passed from the screen of life—one who declared himself the patriot; one who was lost on the Korean plane. These are never accidents. These are acts of international terrorism. And other of the main and key figures defending the light of freedom in this country who fear not to expose the threats that are coming upon the people exist in the same danger today as those who have passed on. And I can tell you that Henry Jackson—his passing was no accident either. And yet the people are not alarmed, and the Soviets and KGB know exactly how to execute their assassinations without the people suspecting that anything beyond natural causes or accident was involved. Thus “the American people are best kept asleep”—so has thought the world movement of terrorism. “Far more can be accomplished.” And these have been accomplished also during the period of the holding of the hostages in Iran when suddenly here and there great storages of oil and gasoline were suddenly aflame. Beloved ones of light, somehow the leaders of this nation, influenced by the fear of death and hell itself, have preferred to keep the people of America uninformed and without knowledge that is common to those that live outside of this country—fearing that the people will panic, fearing that the people will challenge their leaders, fearing that the people will organize. And thus those who are the terrorists, who announce very calmly that “there will be war in this land for survival, there will be anarchy, there will be uprising”—they know whereof they speak. For they are the ones that will bring the war, they are the ones who keep their stashes and who build their armies and who are prepared when the signal is given. I can assure you that endless preparations have been made worldwide for the taking of America through many means. And all who desire and who lust after her light—to eat the light of the blood of her sons and daughters—have realized that to take on America may be no small war-game or no small act of terrorism. Therefore they have been content to prepare for this for decades. And all should be aware of the fact that even though the front pages of the newspapers continue to display heroes of the world of sports or anti-heroes who have entered into treachery and intrigue and taken from the greedy and trusting (through their own greed) their moneys in investment schemes—the real news is not coming to the hearts of the people. And therefore understand that those who control the media go to great pains to display before the people the anti-heroes, to discourage them and to enable them to become cynics but never really bring to their attention what is actually happening, what is common knowledge to many but what does not appear in the newspapers or on the news. Beloved hearts of light, I am certain that I speak to those who are aware of these things, yet the speaking of the Word to the disciples is our office. And I come because my name is Kuan Yin that you might understand the meaning of mercy. Mercy is a mirror. You may imagine myself standing here in a mirror that has the quality of violet. This mirror is fully charged with the mercy of God, the mercy seat, the point of the Christ Self, the mercy of the Lords of Karma. And you will remember that the Lord God pronounced unto the Watchers “Never shall you obtain peace,” which is to say “Never shall you obtain mercy.” For mercy is the only peace of the Law that the individual can derive who has severed contact with that Law, violated that Law or abused it in any one of these little ones. Therefore mercy enters the arena of the merciless. And in the full mercy of the Godhead I stand in the very midst of the dens and groves of those who plan their terrorist activities during the 1984 Olympics and elsewhere in the world wherever they can—those who are in their groves of the practice of satanic rite and murder, those who plot the destruction of free nations by terrorism and by other means. I AM mercy. And I AM mercy’s flame and mercy’s person. And I bear as a banner and as a shield this mighty mirror. And the mirror points in all directions, having eight sides as a mighty octagon of mercy’s mirror. And therefore wherever I stand in the Earth as the representative of Buddha, as the manifestation of the one who goes after all in all octaves, so I come to those who have come forth out of hell and out of the astral plane. And mercy is as mercy does. And the mercy of the Law does require therefore when I stand in the presence of those who have maimed life mercilessly that the mercy flame return in exact quantity the mercy which they have shown life. Not only do they have an absence of mercy, beloved hearts, they have a minus-mercy. For they have pulled back their slingshots beyond the point of the Y, and they have taken from the not-side of life the full-gathered momentum of the false hierarchy of anti-mercy. And therefore they have not only withheld mercy but they have dealt mercilessly with souls of light. And unto them therefore does the full power of the Godhead—drawing back now the full-gathered momentum of mercy’s flame—release that flame as the power of the Holy Ghost! It is the power of the judgment of everyone of these fallen ones who has sacrificed life mercilessly, who has come in the guise of the murderer and who has stood before innocent life to overturn God-government of the nations by these atrocities that are being practiced in this very hour. Blessed hearts of light, I come so that you will understand what is the activity of mercy in this hour in direct relationship to the dispensation of Saint Germain for your own embodying of ascended-master consciousness, presence and light—that you will understand that I reinforce from beneath and from the very depths, for I AM the one that does enter hell, extending mercy to life. And now you understand how that mercy is extended. For if they will reach out and give mercy to Almighty God and His holy innocents, so I intercede by the grace and mercy of the Law for every act that is pure and undefiled in mercy flame, in the grace of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I come to reward whoever it may be, whatever lifestream. And that reward will be with them until by the totality of their violation of mercy they lose the reward because they have not fulfilled the whole law of mercy’s flame. Understand the meaning of this. Mercy is love. Mercy is illumination, beloved hearts. Mercy is the transfer of light. Thus unto those who have not given mercy is returned to them tenfold in this hour of their misqualification of that flame. And this, my beloved, is the real meaning of the statement that the mercy of God endures forever. For mercy becomes the presence of the judgment of non-mercy. And you understand therefore why I am a member of The Karmic Board and how I come in the fullness of love that dissolves all unlike itself. I desire that you should understand that there is that evolution—that has gone forth in support of Gog and Magog—evolving upon Earth, who are the ones who take up guns, who are the ones that fight in the streets and plant the bombs, the ones who are trained gladly to be the instruments of chaos. Do they desire to bring in World Communism or World Socialism? I tell you, nay. They have simply hung their hats on a particular ideology as an excuse to vent their hatred and their murder for the little ones of God. Why do they hate? Because the little ones of God bear the candle from the altar of the Temple Beautiful, and they themselves may not bear that candle, may not approach that altar, may not take it to Earth and light the way because they are not the anointed teachers of mankind, angels who come as world teachers— because they are not appointed by God to bear the crown of illumination, to bear the teaching of the corona of the Sun, the crown of the World Mother. So they have taken that office unto themselves. They have followed the false gurus of Marx and Lenin; they have followed a way of a rationale for an explanation of human events which they call scientific, which is no more scientific than their own hatred and their own chaos. They understand the setting-up of the pillars of fire of Saint Germain worldwide, they understand the setting-up of mercy’s flame and they are determined to overthrow God-government—have done so in every age. And in every age they have espoused another cause to justify that overthrow. Therefore they22 are15 merciless40 with24 ones17 whom23 they22 say9 they22 are15 the15 defenders44 of12 (=380=10 x themselves38). They fit the part exactly of the hireling. They are not shepherds of those to whom they preach. But therefore realize also that Nephilim gods created certain masses of the people to be responsive to these agitators. And others sown among them, as the good wheat, are the children of light who will not cooperate, who will not compromise; and therefore they are found slain and maimed and murdered in this wise. Realize then that in imitation of the light of Alpha and Omega, in imitation of the divine polarity that must be a part of life there are those positioned as agitators and leaders. There are those positioned as ignorant masses who through their greed, their idolatrous nature also may be in polarity with them. There are those who are in positions of leadership. There are those positioned in each and every place as counterfeits56 of12 the15 Hierarchy59 (=142) of12 the15 nucleus23 of12 the15 Atom13 of12 Life23 (=145; 145+142=287=7 x alignment41) all the way back to the presence of the living Guru Sanat Kumara and his disciple Gautama Buddha, down the chain of Hierarchy all the way to those who are freewill lightbearers who elect to be God in manifestation. Thus there is the force of anti-freedom that compels those who are mechanization man into an alignment which is a substitute for freedom. They think they have free will and free choice. And yet they are daily programmed by what passes through media, by their attention to television sets, by fads, by music, by drugs. They are programmed against all freedom to become the stooges28 and10 slaves14 of12 those22 who19 are15 masterminds 45 (=165=5 x inner33) who, if they are not connected at outer levels, are absolutely connected at inner levels as the false hierarchy of Antichrist moving from all planes (into which they have entered in the matter universe) against the souls of light. The Great White Brotherhood in existence is a statement of our solution to this challenge. The organization of the Great White Brotherhood antedates that of the entire false hierarchy, as you know. Therefore from the beginning God has positioned His solution to this problem. Blessed hearts of living flame, understand therefore that the filling in of those points of light must be by all means, must be the action of those chelas who understand the history of the people of God century by century, era by era, East and West on Earth. Therefore we have called and many have answered. Where is the haven of safety for those who were once in Tibet, for those who were once in the Holy Land or in Glastonbury in the Isles, those who have been around the world, at Lake Titicaca or in the cities of India, those who have been slain for the bearing of the Word of God who now would reincarnate? Where is the haven of light for freedom-fighters of this nation who have been slain for their forthright stand? Beloved children of the Sun, understand that there is no haven that can be guaranteed outside the United States of America. This is the place for the defense and this is the place for saying “Thus far and no farther!” If there is any hope at all, it must be in this community, this government and this military establishment. Therefore understand why there is the oneness, why the Great Central Sun center is needed—why the Western Shamballa, why the temple must be builded, why that forcefield must be ensconced materially and physically by the only force that can consecrate it which is the threefold flame upon the altar of your heart. Nothing else will suffice. They have all tried money. It has been the solution of the West: pour more money on the situation and somehow it will be resolved. Well, the problems of education have not been resolved or of the poor or of the military. And the spending of money is not the solution. It can be the solution when hearts of living flame make the decisions as to how to act, using the abundance of God for His plan and purposes. Thus without consecrated sons of God the best-laid plans go astray. And so it is true in Washington, so it is true in your own households. Therefore putting first things first we will see how the nucleus once established will therefore establish the surrounding concentric rings— rings upon rings of those who gather and do indeed sit under their own vine and fig tree. Just as the cell of your being cannot survive when the nucleus is attacked by the virus, by cancer, by alien energy, so neither can the nucleus of the people of God. Therefore the call goes forth: let the temple of Solomon be rebuilt! And let the light of far-off worlds be the signal to each and everyone that in the face of world turmoil and world chaos we the forces of the Great White Brotherhood present the alternative to anarchy, the alternative to those who have the angry core—angry against God and like nothing better than to be in the very center of violence and take glee in the spilling of blood and bringing pain to the body of God on Earth. This too shall pass, my beloved. This hell shall be swallowed up in the Lake of Fire, in the living light of the Almighty. This death and death consciousness shall be consumed! You are in an era of the death-throes of the dragon and the beast. Thus heed the warning of the Presence of Mercy: Take care! Take care of your loved ones, your little ones, your leaders, your Messengers. Take care of all the plan of God and cherish each morsel of the Word that is for your protection. Blessed ones of light, be assured of the sustaining power of the Godhead. Be assured of the presence of the Almighty One. Be assured of the action of judgment of mercy. And be certain that you always lead with mercy toward the Godhead, toward one another, towards oneself. To effectively contain the flame of mercy you must project missiles of mercy into your own subconscious and let them be there—candles burning twenty-four hours a day—to consume all discrepancies, disparate elements of the past, beloved hearts. Consume therefore all that is unresolved and remember that each twenty-four-hour cycle is the opportunity for resolution with any or every part of life. In the name of mercy’s flame I release to you the guardian action of the mercy seat. O angels of living flame of mercy, O angels of sacred fire, angels from the heart of the Great Central Sun, legions of mercy, reinforce now the vow and will and purpose of the shining ones as each one becomes a part of the rainbow rays of God, sustaining then the stones in the temple of Solomon rebuilt. Blaze the light of ten thousand sons of God! Blaze the light of ten thousand sons of God! Blaze the light of ten thousand sons of God within this activity of light! And let there be the rebuilding of the temple. And let there be the place of the Great White Brotherhood. And let it come quickly, O Lord Our Righteousness, within these hearts. There are many moot points which, because of the limited capacity of the human mind, cannot be explained in the manner we would like to do. For individuals through misunderstanding sometimes become either confused or misinformed not by our words but by their own understanding of them. Do you see? Then there is the further problem of the gap in mankind’s knowledge whereby they, in their limitations, frequently consider that which they do not yet know or have knowledge on to be outside the domain of reason or acceptability. This poses dangers for us as well as for mankind; for if we hold back higher knowledge, progress cannot be made. I must however run some risk in this release, and yet I do so guardedly. The existence upon the Earth planet of what we may term “simulated man” is a fact carefully hidden from the masses of mankind. Although it is the knowledge of the few it may become--and perhaps should become--the knowledge of the many. Yet great care must be used in dissemination of this knowledge, for it is never the desire of the ascended masters to do anything except that which would result in greatest blessing and release of mankind from every binding condition. As many of you know from the history of America and other parts of the world the fear of mankind can be very great; and when unleashed against those who may be wholly innocent it can have disastrous results. A case in point is the Salem witchcraft trials when many innocent young maidens were burned to death at the stake simply because they expressed views singularly apart from the mainstream of human opinion. Many of those who perpetrated these acts of wanton murder against the innocent later embarked upon their own spiritual careers, and some of these have become victims of mankind’s ostracism that they might learn the lessons of inflicted bigotry and intolerance. Such acts perpetrated by society against society become national karma, and thus she has been honored as the First Lady of this nation where justice and truth do ultimately give to all the balance of life that is rightfully theirs. Therefore great care must be exercised by mankind today in ferreting out upon the planet those individuals who belong in the classification of “the wicked” lest innocent lambs suffer for their deeds. It is our hope that heinous crimes perpetrated against all humanity by those so classified can, in the name of cosmic justice, be corrected without undue suffering of mankind en masse. At this point a better definition is in order. You will recall that Jesus, in his parable of the wheat and tares, announced that an enemy had sown tares among the wheat. These tares are counterfeit man. Jesus said they were the children of “the wicked one” which exist apart from the original creation of God. And yet inasmuch as nothing cannot create something, that which was created must have been created by someone who, at some time somewhere, drew forth the necessary information to so create. In many cases in the New Testament it is recorded in the life of Jesus that he referred to certain individuals as a “generation of vipers,” as “hypocrites,”and as “sons of Satan,” addressing them in these words: “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it.” This reference obviously does make a distinction between all men and some men. Let me hasten to assure you then that there do exist upon the planet creatures who did not come forth from God—who are the counterfeit of the real manifestation. Many of these are consciously in league with insipid and insidious purposes of the powers of darkness. They seek through conspiracy and plot to ravish the world of its good, to set brother against brother, to confuse, disturb and destroy harmonies wherever they exist. John the Baptist, as he preached the coming of the Christ, foretold the end of this race of mechanical men when he said “O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?” Again referring to the barrenness of this counterfeit creation he said “Every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire.” He prophesied the coming of one who would baptize with the Holy Ghost and with fire (with sacred fire and the purifying power of the violet transmuting flame): “Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.” Needless to say, these human automatons are the chaff and their final end can come through only one process: transmutation. This was not a film of the youth of America but of a particular brand of individuals who have come forth into incarnation and whose maturity brings them to the age of youth and yet they are old souls. These are not children of the light nor are they burgeoning sons of God but literally vacated temples full of demons and discarnates that stalk the world and therefore must be dealt with by the cosmic Law of Love that abhors the vacuum—knowing well that if that vacuum be not filled with love it is filled with hatred, human hate and hate creation, beloved ones, that comes out of the envying of that Presence of the I AM that is true being! Wherever there is light manifest as joy and abundance and success and victory there29 comes19 envy21 of12 the15 not-Self28 (=124=4 x deify31). Thus you see personified in some of those interviewed the essence of the not-Self. You would be mortified to see the residual nucleus of your own carnal mind untransmuted, but in these responses you see the ultimate end of self alienated from God that is the synthetic self or carnal mind. When that synthetic self first appears it appears to have many qualities that are benign, even constructive. And therefore people say: “Well, he’s not so bad after all!” But by and by in the progression of cycles one sees the ultimate end where the beginning is not founded upon the rock of Christ and true relationship through Christ of each one’s soul to the beloved I AM Presence. We have much to say to you at this conference concerning the alienation of a planetary body from the octaves of light, from the home of the God-star, from the heart of Elohim. We come to heal the alienated self that feels uncomfortable in the presence of Father/Mother God and yet is self-destroyed outside of that presence! How often have we heard the cry of youth of inability to communicate with parents. And therefore they go out and find for themselves another world, another life. It is the plane of alienation. And therefore because there is absence of communication with Alpha and Omega—because there is that absence, beloved hearts, there is no finding of the soul hid with Christ in God. There is no entering in to perfect harmony with the Mighty I AM Presence except with one’s own inner reality. O that God-reality is that which you all are seeking to put on but do not necessarily understand how it is one’s self at the same time as it is that other Self with whom you converse and ought to communicate. And if you do not, you see, there is a blocking of the rising light of being entering in to the Holy of Holies. O living Word of sacred fire, angels of the victory of love, come now and ignite these hearts and let them keep a votive light of love! For as our teams of love’s conquerors go forth now for the binding of anti-love manifestations across the face of the Earth we would have you meditate upon the symbolical and actual flame that in this flame you might once again know that our God is a consuming fire and that consuming fire is the Almighty Love. And the love angels gather to consume the greatest momentum gathered, in all planetary history, of anti-love. So be it. Ritual of the Flame: The Light of Living Love Let us light the light of living love. [Messenger lights a taper from a candle burning at the altar, passes the flame to Edward, who passes it on to the congregation.] As you pass these flames from heart to heart, O precious ones, see how the candle displaces the dark. Look at the holy light that ascends from the base in the will of God, that fiery blue light. See how it ascends in illumination’s flame! Visualize now the central flame as a fiery pink and your own Christ Self as illuminator of the Word. Visualize now your own Christ Self as the wick continually releasing the essence of a holy oil that burns and keeps the flame of Life. Let all who are assembled everywhere in Camelot in this hour light the light of love. Let our message now be the contemplation of this flame. See it now as we hold our own candle. And know that the single flame now can expand and expand. New dimensions appear. And you must visualize the entire planet Earth centered in your single flame with the Christ Self holding the point of the Cosmic Christ consciousness for all the Earth. As we multiply our meditation, one by one by one onward, we see how each individual’s fortification of the flame creates another matrix of the all-consuming love-fire around the planetary body. Understand, my beloved hearts, that this flame which is in reality the essence of your own heartflame is a threefold flame of Life which we now qualify with violet flame for the turning of worlds, for the turning of the mighty action of this world. Let the flames be passed quickly across this campus that all might simultaneously receive angel messengers of love and cherubim of light. What is the greatest point of alienation upon the planetary body? What is the greatest conglomerate of anti-Christ? It is the point of alienation that begins with the anti-Self and then becomes the false hierarchy’s version of the community of the Holy Spirit. It is World Communism where the individual is elevated for his humanness and where the state is founded upon the interaction of the human consciousness devoid of the flame of the Holy Spirit. Therefore we are Heros and Amora! Therefore we come in the great victory of God- flame. As we turn, as the Earth turns so there is the turning of worlds. And our flame does meet now the unwinding, decelerating spiral of the military empire of the Soviet Union and of every nation, including Red China where Communism prevails as a way of anti-Life! The death that stalks the Earth, beloved hearts, is an emanation of the stench of World Communism! It is a product of the passivity of America receiving the intensely active and vicious force of anti-life. That which has pitted brother against brother in Poland (and members of the Soviet empire donned with Polish army uniforms, moving against the people) is absolute alienation from love- fires of a mutual inheritance in the Father/Mother God. It is the jealousy of the Nephilim and fallen ones cast out of heaven by the edict of Almighty Love! As the world is turning so our fire now meets in the very face this decelerating spiral of World Communism and that entire momentum whose physical inception in this century begins in 1917, even the hour of Fátima. So that entire momentum that goes back into the farthest centuries of world history does come now to be touched by the igniting of the flame of your heart, one with the Cosmic Christ. This is a moment for you to contemplate how the single flame of life of your own heart can make all the difference from death unto life in the planetary sphere. This is not a game but a reality. For truly the Son of God Jesus Christ came to the point of revelation that his own heartflame was sufficient for an entire world and an entire dispensation! And so mid the darkness of the dark ages of Nephilim conquests there it has been the causal body, the Cosmic Christ consciousness of that living Savior Jesus Christ representing all of the sons of heaven that has held and still held for the hour when you too would be born! Do you feel it, O my beloved hearts?—that moment of birth of true awareness that not the lesser self but the greater Self which is the only Self is truly God and is truly able to be the flame of love that consumes this antagonism against the love of God that is World Communism. The synthetic society—it crumbles from within! For our flame is placed in the very core, in the very inception of the lie, in the very point of the perversion of the binding of the soul of God and the soul of man in the religion of all religions which is Oneness, Be-ness and the living Word! My beloved, I take you into the aura of Elohim. We are the divine Us! We are the Oneness! We are the Father/Mother God! We are Alpha and Omega! You may visualize us now in this moment in the form of our spherical body—one body of light whirling now as a mighty t’ai chi. The action of sacred fire whirling and turning is a mighty turning of a world concentric and congruent with the earth body. And you hold the light. You hold a candle. And it is a flame of love that becomes a flame of freedom. You can hear the crackling of inner fire. You can hear the consuming of astral beasts of prey. You can hear the consuming of all that moves against the people of light! Earth is engaged in a fiery pink and violet conflagration in this hour, my beloved. And the intensity of the buildup to this moment has been great upon your own four lower bodies and those of the Messenger. And we have utter compassion for you and devotion to your hearts and to your temples where the Lord Christ is truly welcome and where you keep the flame of life burning. This is in truth an actuality of reality in the very midst of the great God-flame, in the very midst of worlds. And I tell you, simultaneously in the Central Sun of the planetary body there is a point of whitefire at its inception. And that point of whitefire is the beginning of a spiral of Elohim of the Fourth Ray that will be released on the morrow for the replacing of all that is consumed by love with the whitefire purity of the Mother’s presence, Cosmic Virgin Omega, releasing a spiral of whitefire for the victory of planet Earth! Therefore let us keep the vigil of love. Let us tend the fire through the night. Let us keep a vigil burning. Let us give our invocations to the mighty love-flame. Let us sing the songs of love! Let us be with the seraphim of God! Let us know the meaning of the heart, the burning fiery heart of a single cherubim! For this night it is open to you to be one with the cherubim of God—thou and thine own twinflame in the oneness of cosmic spheres, in the oneness of the I AM Presence, reproducing in this night the whirling sphere, the fiery pink electrode, the whirling sphere of Elohim unto God. Let us then vow before the altar of the Almighty that twinflames of love in heaven and on earth merging as sacred fire will duplicate and reduplicate the fiery intensity of Elohim and become a part of the transformation of worlds! O living flame of sacred fire! O redundancy of God in the great multiplicity of light in the causal bodies of those who are light-bearers of the planet! O see the millions of votive lights that are kept now at inner planes with you by the saints robed in white! See them in this hour, O beloved. For a world and many worlds ignite the candle of love! We are the igniters of the light of a world! In the light of Shamballa I came, and I stand with you! And the lo, the Word that I AM is come. And the fullness of the glory of the Sun of thine own Mighty I AM Presence is nigh! And the living flame of mighty life-force is activating, radiating a peculiar light, a certain energy radiation from the Central Sun of the planetary body. And it permeates and it radiates as a fiery electrode. And it dissolves harmful influences of radioactivity throughout the planetary body, all misuses of the earth element, all misuses of the air and sea. Precious ones of light, there is such an action by the chemical ray of love of the cleansing of atoms and the stripping of electrons! There is the cleansing to the very core that is inviolate in the name of God of all misuse of the great victory of love in molecules of manifestation. All substance is the substance of God. Through all of this we pass through our mighty candle of love. And there is a continuation of the unwinding of all coils of World Communism until we come to the cause behind the effect—and that is the Nephilim support by the amassing of the wealth of nations to put all of this light of lightbearers behind the World Communism momentum. And therefore we now pass the torch of divine love through those fallen angels, the Watchers, and the godless that control the supply and economies of the nations and then through all of those who misuse the freedom of the Word to integrate in that truly free market of life. Thus the free market economy must be claimed, must be determined to be independent of the fallen ones who have created their monopolies in the intent that all the people of light should then bow down and go to work for them where they have failed to work the work of Christ. Thus the anti-Christ, the anti-love is seen in the marketplace. It is seen in the inferior consumer goods. It is seen in the tremendous profits that are raked each year in supposed celebration of the Christ Mass as the innocent and the not-so-innocent allow themselves to be milked of their light and their energy. Blessed ones, when commerce becomes a cutthroat competition, when some amass inordinate wealth at the expense of others and at the disruption of the flow of the abundant life—here, here is the hatred of the seed of God and of the Mother! Here is the envy. Here is the perversion of love-fire. See how the alignment of Aquarius and Leo, of Taurus and Scorpio forms a mighty ruby-ray cross. See how the action of love-ray is the answer, is the answer to, resolution of the economic problems of America and the world! See how the third century of America’s destiny which began in 1976 is truly the resolution of love-fires of the Holy Spirit. And this is that which is unresolved—the use of creative fire, the presence of the Holy Spirit. And what is the foundation of love? It is honor. It is mutual respect between all parties. Therefore understand that the foundation of a successful and healthy and growing economy is mutual trust brother to brother, and the people of their government, and the governments of the nations of one another—the trust then of the very mechanism for the creation of the flow and supply of money hand to heart, heart to hand. Understand that the abuse of love has brought the economy almost to a screeching halt! There then must be the reactivation of creative fires by love! And the cancer of World Communism and World Socialism that has sought to spread its tentacles in America is always spread by death consciousness and by the sense that someone else should pick up the tab—whether it is the government or whether it is by crime, robbery or such criminal activities carried out by the Mafia whose presence in the land is also an anti-love manifestation. You begin to see then that almost every anti-love manifestation upon the planetary body is that action which seeks reinforcement through organization. Whether it is street gangs of youth who are these incarnating ones, many of whom are without soul substance or integrated identity in Christ, or whether it is in industry or whether it is in the coming together of banking-houses—without their mutual reinforcement they could not present a presence in the land of anti-love. Thus in truth the community of the Holy Spirit worldwide is a body of love, a mystical body of love. And the very strength of that body is able to overcome and to turn over and inside-out all of the worlds of darkness, all of the gathering forces of pro-abortion. Abortion is the cutting-off of life. It is anti-love. And it happens everywhere in all sorts of situations, not only in the abortion of the human fetus. Every abortion of the Word of God is an anti-love manifestation. Every denial of free expression of the holy angels among men is an abortion of heaven’s descent to earth. See then how these forces always organize in numbers, for those who carry anti-love have the significant mark of cowardice. And therefore they cannot stand alone. For in a one-on-one confrontation it is the right hand that holds the torch of love that always wins! For love is the only power. And there is no power in human hatred or in the hatred of fallen ones. Believe it, my beloved—and affirm it! For the fallen ones continually affirm their power, and they demonstrate it through the misuse of \love-fires at the heart of the nucleus of life. Thus perversions of nuclear energy misused to enshrine the death cult are also a manifestation that is the perversion of the flame that you hold in your hand. Realize that those that gather and move together in terrorist activities or in amassing weapons of warfare gather for destructivity—gather, for they must reinforce their malicious intent. Since love is the foundation of community and of all interaction of souls, the organization of the Great White Brotherhood in heaven and on earth is the highest manifestation of love therefore pitted against the lowest form of vibration ever seen, which is in the aforementioned movement of World Communism. Understanding the perspective of worlds as we hold the Earth in the embrace of our love-fire, realize, beloved ones, that every act of every so-called Communist, every activity organized of World Communism is the personal affront of your personal Christ Self! World Communism is the direct and specific anti-Christ of your own God-free being! It is the most virulent force that opposes the church, the publishing, Teachings and individual rising of the soul. It is all-out and total rebellion against the Laws of God, the Laws of Hierarchy, the true law of brotherhood worlds without end. Inasmuch as you hold the light of a planet in your heart and hand in reality you can understand why you who are torchbearers are the greatest threat to the entire world establishment of Communism. See and understand that your Saturday evening service to Saint Germain is a service which you give gladly in defense of the integrity of your own being. It is not an evening in which you raise up swords against some distant foe, imaginary and not quite defined. It is not something apart from the personal Armageddon in which you are engaged where daily and hourly you must affirm Christhood. For any affirmation contrary to that Christhood is a statement of World Communism and puts you in alignment with it by vibration! Now you see the alienation of youth of America and the world and of all people from inner reality is already the manifestation of World Communism! It is in America! It is in the so-called free nations! Wherever there is a death cult there is Communism—specifically the Soviet type of Communism and the more radical type of Maoist Communism. The death cult stalks when you deny your own integrity and God-harmony, when you become out of alignment with your Mighty I AM Presence! Each moment out of alignment is a moment of alienation. And it is one moment too long for your self-indulgence in something other than the great God-victory of your soul! Realize then how vulnerable is this nation to the take-over of forces unseen of World Communism. Realize it as you look abroad in the land and find so few who maintain this flame. Imagine if you had to hold this candle twenty-four hours a day. You could not put it down, but you would have to hold it. It would remind you of how important is the constant return to the attention of that flame. Knowing the power as well as the inherent danger of fire you could not avert your gaze, you could not fall asleep. Realize then that as the enemies of light do not slumber, neither does the Almighty slumber nor sleep. And He that keepeth Israel is the keeper of this flame who perpetually meditates upon the flame of thy Life. Hail, Gautama Buddha, keeper of the flame of Life!

O courageous ones, I draw you now into the very heart of hearts of the secret rays. For this is where the love-fire leads! Thus the candle I extinguish symbolizes the extinguishing of the outer experience as you pass through the love-spiral into the fiery core of love’s own secret rays. This is the house of the heart, the sign of Leo —going within to become supersensitive to all of life everywhere, to respond to the needs of all life everywhere, and in responding to become responsible citizens of cosmos. Citizens of cosmos, ensoulers of worlds! receive the commeasurement of love and fear not the giants—specters of self-doubt, robbers of thy light. The giant specters of the night are not real!
