Further I add my word to beloved ascended master El Morya. I come as a pilgrim from Mother Russia to this very place. I have desired to be very near to you in this hour of Easter and in the hour of some persecution for many. I desire to share with you my heart, my love for the beautiful souls of Russia, and the strength of my vigil which derived from the blessed Virgin and the Maha Chohan and Lord Christ during the hours of the Communist revolution in our beloved nation—that took from us our leaders, that took from us our most cherished lightbearers, our sons and daughters. For as you know, millions perished through that Soviet revolution and all that ensued in the First World War, and on and on as the persecution of my people has continued unnecessarily. For as you know the powers of the West could have long ago liberated them. Yet somehow, beloved, the people of the West have not understood the equation of international cooperation of individuals at the heads of most every nation. There has been a fear of Soviet leadership. There has been conspiring of monied interests, of those who control the world economy. It is never enough that one son of God raise his head and his right hand to challenge World Communism or capitalist conspirators who support it. It has never been enough, for the one may be put down by the seed of fallen angels but the many in concerted action cannot be stopped. Time and again it has been proven that a body of lightbearers one in heart who set themselves with the God-determination can be immovable, irresistible, dauntless and undefeatable. Let us see how the qualities of faith and long-suffering and intelligence themselves of the people of Russia might be reinforced now by ascended-master law. I AM Igor and I come in the name of Saint Germain with a message from his heart. And it is this: if you will produce the teachings in Russian, bound in books, we will provide the open door for them to arrive in the hands of lightbearers of Mother Russia. We cannot work a miracle without the pot of oil in our hands. And this single pot of oil of the widow in this instance must be the book in hand, not merely contemplated. When it is in hand it becomes the acceptable offering on the altar. Now we can move the armies of heaven to see to it that those who pray to understand the Way will have it. Thus we wait with great anticipation this event of Studies in Alchemy by Saint Germain and of The Science of the Spoken Word coauthored by him, sponsored by him in the age of Aquarius, in our hands in Russian form. Here it is, beloved hearts. The door is opened by our Father, by descent of Christ, by cooperation of the Darjeeling Council and Council of the Royal Teton and many of the ascended masters—in fact, unanimously the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. The reinforcement from heaven has never been greater. And yet we have never been in a position to coerce anyone, especially fallen angels in embodiment. It is up to you to rise up and displace them by truth and freedom and transmutation and by light. For surely the increase of light must illumine also their darkness that all may see and choose. The successful experiment in freewill is more important to our Father than external victories. What good would it do if a mighty victory were won without the renewal of hearts, without a new image of Christhood? A victory was won in World War II, and yet those who won it did not have the chalice to contain it nor understanding of how to control and bind false leaders—the false gurus of the West moving with false gurus of the Soviet Union to undo a momentous victory of the forces of heaven. Heaven therefore cannot release a dispensation for a victory in the physical octave without a victory corresponding of Christ consciousness in those who attain it. We pray therefore from our octave that weapons available to mankind and to fallen ones in this hour will not be unleashed to destroy the path of Christhood and suddenly put to an end this grand evolution of souls of planet Earth that ought to be taking place. The ascended masters pray, angels pray, Elohim pray. For our God is indeed a consuming fire. We also pray for receptive hearts on earth to bear the answer to our prayers to one another and to all. For when beloved Alpha sends us a bouquet of violets in answer to our prayer we must find a heart where we can deposit them and know the fragrance of Saint Germain’s violet flame will be borne to its conclusion and fulfillment. I AM Igor and I will stay until I have in my arm the physical volumes requested. But I cannot resist to place my Electronic Presence with the people of Eastern Europe, the ones most likely to overcome Communism, who have been broken again in Poland—praise God, not by immense destruction that occurred in Hungary and Czechoslovakia. • If these nations cannot overcome the foe, how will Mother Russia be delivered? When she is delivered it will be by the miracle of the Holy Ghost that will suddenly move through all people, quickened and magnified by the presence of Jesus with them. I therefore come as sponsor of Saint Germain—Saint Joseph and his violet flame—for this is so needed as a balance for the victory. The tragedy upon tragedy is that each time these peoples join in their hearts and in the might of their spirits to oppose that tyranny, help is not forthcoming and the West does not deliver the mandate required by armies of heaven to fulfill their free will. It is a lamentation of the prophet Jeremiah that a people so near to their freedom should suffer such a setback because of cowardice—cowardice of leaders of the West whose names of infamy have long ago been removed from the Book of Life, who have no future and no past yet without identity manage to get themselves elected or appointed to positions where they may resist Christ at every hand! I AM Igor! I prayed in the midst of the Soviet revolution, and by the love of Mary many were spared. I AM Igor and I know whereof I speak. I know what is the deadly, hellish nature of World Communism and I tell you it must be stopped in the physical octave! And we must have our warriors of Spirit, for their intent moves on as a shadowy hand over North America and South America, over Africa, over Europe, over the Middle East. And it must be checked. For though the lumbering beast seems as though it will topple by its internal decay, yet those in the physical octave must raise their right hand for the power of God to roll it back. Thus you might say that the cowards and passive ones who do nothing about it in the West are even the greater enemies of light—who turn their head the other way instead of turning the cheek and by love and ruby ray turning back that abuse. These are the hirelings. They flee when they see the bear coming, instead of giving their life for their sheep. Well, we have our example of one who will give life for the sheep. And you may make your life an example with her also, to give yourself for the sakes of lightbearers of the world. When you enter this mission realize it is like no other. And you will be joined only by the purest and strongest souls who understand the meaning of sacrifice to achieve the desired end of the reign of the Prince of Peace. Thus by example, by example convert the world to a massive protest and a human-divine resistance to these dark ones. Let the resistance be to Evil itself, to the Liar and lie, and let not the resistance be to Christ. The people are willing to demonstrate as they have shown in many nations. Holding hands, they have created a chain of resistance fourteen miles long, yet their resistance has become a passive resistance rather than an active peace and a real understanding of who is the enemy. They think America is the enemy instead of understanding it is the few leaders in every nation. Unfortunately the names of the nations appear to go along with leaders instead of the people. Thus in order to have world resistance against Antichrist, that state of consciousness, that logic, that mentality, that philosophy itself must be exposed.  Therefore I say, support all those who speak truth. Support those who bear light. Support Solzhenitsyn so long as he welcomes your support. Support every defender of truth who is not ready to put you down because you are not a part of his particular religion or political persuasion. Support truth, support God but be willing to stand alone when you are even persecuted by those whom you love most. For that aloneness is a mighty sword. It will invoke the shield of Maitreya, and you will win because you have no ties to those who yet harbor resentment of the ascended masters’ chelas and their path. Those who stand for world goodwill must stand freely in the flame of God-harmony. And if they are tied in any way to those who themselves have compromised at some level, then it weakens the whole. Thus the remnant holds up the ensign. I myself prayed alone and long through the hours of day and night for deliverance of my people. And the blessed Mother came to me to strengthen me as I cried out. And she taught me to pray, and she showed to me how many were spared because I would not be moved from my vigil to join this or that group who would fight not with pure whitefire of the light of God. Thus, beloved, I could send that fire into the hearts of those who fought on the battlefield—to the hearts of friends of Christ as they performed their service—for their protection and their individual victory. I have seen the power of one soul with God hold back an army in the closet of prayer. I commend to you this source of strength as the victory of India, as Gandhi so proved it and yet left for you another round of victory, another war to be fought and won over selfishness and greed and hypocrisy and chaos itself. I am one with saints of every nation in embodiment and those who have already given their lives and remain in the etheric octave, praying night and day for their brothers and sisters here. I AM Igor for the victory of the true flame of Russia in America that the American people might know what is the reality of lightbearers of Russia, of Poland, of Yugoslavia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, of Bulgaria, of Hungary, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, of Afghanistan and of all nations that have been bowed down. For lightbearers of these nations are truly one, and they do receive the gift of violet flame from your hearts each Saturday evening. They are nourished, they are sustained and they retain hope because they see at inner levels that this work of the ascended masters and their chelas must ultimately bring world deliverance. And as no other has been forthcoming—not from leaders of their own nations of the West, as no other has been forthcoming not even from the religious camp—they realize it is the hosts of the Lord and The Faithful and True and they only who will bring about world peace. Thus I commend you for holding the flame and keeping it, beloved Keepers of the Flame. I commend you for sustaining the vow of honor and truth. And I tell you truth will win! Honor will win! Fearlessness will win! Personal integrity will win!—and forgiveness, mercy, the confession of sin and the forsaking of sin—this will win! this will strengthen! And no adversary of the living Christ can prevail over you when you love and pray and watch, and love and pray and serve the Lord with gladness and hope in the blessed Mother, and know her rosary intimately and move with joy as a hart through the fields and forests with wind and grasses of the Holy Spirit. No adversary can stand against the living Christ. Therefore still stand. And in patience possess ye not only your souls but possess ye the whole world as God’s kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. Onward, Christian soldiers! For now—now the night is far spent. The day of the Resurrection is at hand. Come with Magda. Come be there! Come be there in the morning when the rays of dawn bathe the Earth in a new year and a new light and a new hope. Hope! Hope is our call, hope is our cry. And God has answered. Jesus has answered. And hope will live forevermore as a flame in our hearts again.  You know the story of the beloved ascended one Igor who pleaded on behalf of the children of Mother Russia during the terrible travail of the Russian Revolution. And you know that he offered himself night and day in prayer and in sacrifice to Mother Mary that he might do something for the people of Russia. And you know that if it had not been for the dedication of that one man the terrors and atrocities of that time would have been far worse. It is well to realize the power of one individual—the power for good as well as power for ill. Realize if one man can destroy the Earth, then one man can make it ascend into light. And you have the example of many who have ascended and who have left their footprints in the sands of time. O do follow them and realize that your flame held high can make all the difference. One with God is truly a majority. And we are not without hope for mankind as long as we know that those in whom is vested the flame of hope will carry that hope to the nth degree, to highest calling, to perfection made manifest. Dedication then must come forth now. And we exorcise within you all those forces which would attempt to subvert your dedication, to place upon you the ray of sleep, of stupefaction, of all that is wicked that would cast you down in your moments of watching with Christ. I place then the seal of the Mother of the World within your own blazing heart flame. And that seal—together with the pattern of the golden age for the youth of the world that is now blazing within every cell—will awaken within you at every hour and every moment of testing the memory of your commitment and your dedication to evolutions of this star and to hosts of light. Realize then that for that pattern to manifest to the fullest and highest extent the cell, the very heart of the cell must be purified. Realize that sacrifice isnecessary, that you may have to change a few habits in order to win the victory. And there is merit to fasting and to praying without ceasing. And there is merit to pure foods and to exercise of discipline. For even as that which goeth out of the mouth defileth a man, so that which goeth into the mouth defileth our God. Remember, blessed ones, the code of Mighty Victory and of the cosmic honor flame. And realize that your first commitment is to higher Self and to manifestation of that Self in a glorified body temple. Take a look at your body temple and ask yourself, “Is this the living sacrifice that I would present unto my God on behalf of this nation? Or is there work to do here? If there is, I know that God will help me. God will purify me by the power of His cleansing Spirit, by the power of mercy flame and purification from the heart of the Lord Maha Chohan.” Beloved ones, prepare yourselves for sacrifice, for indeed it is needed. Prepare yourselves for victory and to do battle with forces of night. Be ready at any hour for the test of the Great Initiator and realize that he shall come as a thief in the night. And when you pass the test you will see immediately the opportunity for greater service dawning upon the horizon. As the heart of the fire, the heart of fireworks, a sparkling tinsel, a sparkler on the Fourth of July so I come in dazzling light this night. And if you will look within, you will see the sparkling of my aura. And I desire you to have that vision of sparkling light of the Mother of the World, to realize that you too can be clothed upon with light, with liberty, with justice and with truth. I would have you realize that each sparkle, each manifestation of the glory of God is a tribute to victory and the overcoming of life manifested within my momentum. Beloved ones, you too can become the fullness of that light. Truly it can manifest within you. But I tell you in solemn warning as a mother would tell you you need greater dedication. Every one of you here needs greater dedication. You think you have dedication because you serve day and night. I tell you, watch the thoughts and feelings and determine if they also serve our God day and night. For it is not only the hands and feet but thoughts of the heart, intents and motives. And as Lord Maitreya spoke to you last evening, we do not like to see those thoughts coming out of your consciousness and aura as serpentine forms, as forms of denizens of the deep. Realize then that nowhere in the universe can you hide from the all-seeing Eye of God, that when you think to plot against another or connive within yourself, those forms, those hideous forms do go out. And all observe them who can see. All observe them. But more than that, where do you think those creations of your astral self go? They go into the sponge of little children which is ever receptive, which was designed to receive the Christ whom you should impart; and instead they receive the sop. O beloved ones, cherish well this opportunity then and realize that the light that is expanding within you can go forth to do a mighty work if you will put the self aside and let God, with His Herculean armor and might do this work of the high calling of the sons of God through you. In the name of the World Mother I proclaim this night that all those who have been selected by the Karmic Board as priests after the Order of Melchizedek, those who have been selected in this body shall receive that scepter of power after the Order of Melchizedek that they might go forth scepter in hand and crowned with the glory and honor of a son of God who shows promise for fullest dedication of light. Those of you who are not receiving this scepter have before you this night a goal toward which you may serve and work. And those who are receiving it have worked through many embodiments, and in this life in dedication to Christ. And so because of the need of a greater concentration of power and authority in the world of form this authority is being invested in several among you this night. [8-second pause]  There are some among the children also who have merited through service in past lives and holiness in this embodiment this authority. And they will be keys among the babes of the world for transmitting power and authority of sacred fire. For we look early to the day of those mass ascensions upon the hillsides of which we have spoken. For there are many souls of great wonder and light; and some of them are in the darkest caves of the world, beloved ones, gone astray from society and mixing with those Atlantean rebels who call themselves revolutionaries and indeed they would reverse the plan of God. What a pity that among them we find the lamb of God caught and snared in the thicket. O that the Good Shepherd would come and set him free! And that shepherd shall come. And the lion shall lie down with the lamb.  And many shall be converted in this decade. Ere 1970 shall dawn you will see that many among the youth of the world will come into an awakening of the spirit of sacred fire, of their past identification with truth and their holy mission. And I tell you, the hordes of shadow shall be exposed. For we have decreed it and we have determined it, and so it shall come to pass. Remember your own role in this exposure, beloved ones, for you are the key through whom we can work. You remember the test that was given at the Easter conference to see who could hold harmony and carry Mighty Cosmos’ secret rays.  Beloved ones, I will not tell you how many succeeded, nor will I tell you how many failed. But I will tell you that the opportunity is renewed. It is ever renewed, beloved ones. For God awaits to bestow upon the prodigal son the fullness of the divine appearing and authorship of holy wisdom, divinity of love, power of truth and of holy fire. In the name of the Father and Son and Holy Spirit I, the Queen of Light, baptize you one and all with holy waters—the waters of life that I bring to you and with which I anoint you this night. These are the waters of purification, of cleansing, and they shall penetrate together with holy oil of annunciation to bathe and invigorate your four lower bodies, to pave the way for the coming of Christ who now steps forth from the tomb as Lazarus of old. • Grave cloth descending, Christ appears, the inheritor of immortal life. But he must go forth and prove it, win it, regain it. The gift is not given for keeps until the one receiving it can accept it, live it and make it work. Carry then with you the blessings of the Mother of the World and Mother of the Flame. O beloved children of my heart, call to me wherever you are for the children that you see and those whom you do not and know that every call you make will be answered by my legions. Fifty thousand angels of the Queen of Light stand ready to answer your call. Would you turn down such an opportunity to have the angels listening, waiting for your beckoning call? I think not, for I think too much of the God within you. And I know that not a day shall pass in the future that you will not call quickly: “O God, O Queen of Light, O angels of the Queen of Light, descend and protect the children of the world!” And so it shall be done quickly in answer to your call. I came on wings of light, and I return to octaves of light on those same wings. And there I garner and spin and weave holy cloth that is the garment of Christ, and each child of my heart shall wear that cloth one day. And so I garner from far corners of the universe the threads of my weaving and truly it is a seamless garment. And there are yards and yards of that holy cloth in preparation for sons of God—the swaddling garment for the infant born and the mantle of the mature son of God. With my hands I weave then a garment of light. Will you step into it, not as a trial but as a permanent cloak of the Order of sons and daughters of the flame? [Audience rises.]  Beloved ones, honored are you before God. Honored is the light within you. Step into the office of sons of God—gods in action upon earth; courageous, stalwart sons and daughters of light. And know that as you walk the angels walk with you and your service can truly mean all the difference, all of the magic, all of the perfection—the “eye magic” of the imaging forth of the perfect Son of God, the perfect kingdom, the golden age and seventh root race. [7-second pause] The forget-me-not of my heart is placed to adorn the halo that graces your heads.
