Therefore if the disciple will determine to raise his consciousness to the level of the Holy Christ Self

  Therefore if the disciple will determine to raise his consciousness to the level of the Holy Christ Self and know that he is in reality that beloved Son, he being one with God may present himself a living sacrifice consecrated to purity that God's light, God's Word and God's decree may flow through him to manifest the perfect work of the Creator.  Thus having established in mind the realization of who is the doer--I AM (God is) the open door which no man can shut--the disciple may begin the sacred ritual of offering decrees in the name of the Father/Mother God (the I AM Presence)....
  Jesus' description of John the Baptist, "He was a burning and shining light," shows that he recognized the essential nature of the Christed man to be a flame....
  Decrees are the word of the testimony of the saints whereby they overcome the Devil according to the original fiat of God's will.  If God had not first ordained the binding of Satan (the personification of the carnal mind in a planet and its people), then the decrees of man could not bring it to pass.
