Well, beloved, why does it not happen swiftly? Well, it does indeed happen swiftly—it is happening daily! But, you see, there are many cunning fallen angels incarnate and so they dodge your decrees. Thus you must come at them from the angles of 360 degrees in a circle that you draw around them, and you must see to it that they do not escape when you make those calls.
