The RTR has followed the Duffy clique. I want you lightbearers to know some background of this organization. Staff has long gotten initiations , or even one or two or three initiates like Clara Louise (not on Summit staff), in order to lead the way, to see whether these few can pass certain key tests that would then allow others to take these initiations as they become ready. So certain info has been held back from the broader circles around a core. The core of Jesus, John the Baptist, Mary, the Mother, even Moses—this core strenghthened Jesus before his crucifixion. Over the years certain info does not generally go out from a core in the case of this activity because Hierarchy operates on a need-to-know basis and via other core principles. Therefore when Morya withdrew the broad thread of contact that had been upon all the Summit on 4-30-1997 in favor of a different design, this was staff only info; it was never published formally. Also the RTR near that time rejected by vote the code of conduct come down from Maitreya and Morya; this too has been a factor but not published. Whatever arrangement RTR has with Putin-Kremlin isn’t published and probably even the staff are in the main unaware of that sort of thing. One would think the Board of Directors (comprising usually 8 at RTR and being the key voting body) would be aware, but since the Duffy pair were very silent and concealing in style, how can anyone know what is up? Well, Hierarchy on high know exactly and the Darjeeling core of 144 know exactly. When it is your energy being used you tend to pay close attention. Obviously privy info can be misused as well as used honorably. It takes a tremendous awareness to know how to run one’s life as an initiate. All masters through the ages have had these tests without exception. There are reasons that are extremely crucial for why a test is not given or is given at some moment. Everyone is at some level certainly; heaven and the Keeper of the Scrolls and Elohim are very aware of what is going on. To presume that some clique is all-knowintg is a very silly notion.
