Trump apologist for Putin in cases of Navalny, Skripal and Kara-Murza

The passport file contained a photograph – dated approximately in 2003, when this passport was obtained – that strongly resembled a younger “Boshirov” as seen in passport photos released by the UK police, with an even stronger resemblance to the cover identity passport photo published in our previous publication on the Skripal suspects.

Anatoliy Vladimirovich Chepiga was born on 5 April 1979, in the far-eastern village of Nikolaevka in the Amur oblast, population 300, near the Russia-China border.  At age 18, he enrolled at a military school just 40 kilometers from his home, the Far-Eastern Military Command Academy in Blagoveschensk, one of Russia’s elite training grounds for marine commandos and Spetsnaz officers.

A passport application form in the passport dossier listed Chepiga’s 2003 place of residence as “Military Unit 20662, Khabarovsk”, confirming this was indeed the person identified in the 2003 database. It also listed his place of birth as “village of Nikolaevka”, further linking this person to the Hero of the Russian Federation with the same name.

(GRU Col. Chepiga= Boshirov, civilian, tourist with his buddy who traveled from Moscow to Salisbury at the time of Skripal poisoning with Novichok.)

  •   Petrov and Boshirov travelled on international passports that differed by 3 consecutive digits, making it implausible that they were civilians who obtained their passports through the regular, entropic passport application process available to Russian citizens.

-"Petrov"/GRU Mishkin above; "Boshirov"/GRU Col. Chepiga below.

As discussed in the previous installment, the two suspects’ international-travel passports were not recorded in their passport files – which is atypical for the Russian passport dossier system. This suggests the passports were issued by a special agency that does not report to the centralized registrar of government-issued ID’s, commonly known in Russia as the “FMS database”.  Such a “disconnect” would be logical if this agency issues covert international passports under cover identities.

A “special issuing agency” would explain also the proximity of the passport numbers between the two suspects – only 3 intervening digits (as one would assume that Russian, internationally active secret-service agents are a finite, relatively small number).  https://www.bellingcat.com/news/uk-and-europe/2018/09/20/skripal-suspects-confirmed-gru-operatives-prior-european-operations-disclosed/

We have now identified “Alexander Petrov” to be in fact Dr. Alexander Yevgenyevich Mishkin, a trained military doctor in the employ of the GRU. Bellingcat’s identification process included multiple open sources, testimony from people familiar with the person, as well as copies of personally identifying documents, including a scanned copy of his passport. The full identification process will be described in the upcoming full report.

While Alexander Mishkin’s true persona has an even sparser digital footprint than Anatoliy Chepiga’s, Bellingcat has been able to establish certain key facts from his background.

193 States committed to the Chemical Weapons Convention • 98% of the global population live under the protection of the Convention • 98% of the chemical weapons stockpiles declared by possessor States have been verifiably destroyed  https://www.opcw.org/about-us/member-states/united-states-america

………………………………………………............................................................

At the current rate of destruction the United States will have destroyed only 90 percent of its stockpile by the extended CWC deadline of April 29, 2012, and it is not expected to finish the job until 2021.  Russia is also unlikely to meet the 2012 destruction deadline.  Because the CWC has no provision for further extensions, the expected failure by the two largest CW possessors to eliminate their stockpiles on schedule could undermine the credibility of the chemical disarmament regime.   https://www.thenewatlantis.com/publications/the-future-of-chemical-weapons

According to the Washington Post, Trump “harangued” May about Britain’s contribution to Nato in a phone call with Britain’s then prime minister in the summer of last year, before disputing Russian involvement in the Skripal case.

“Trump totally bought into the idea there was credible doubt about the poisoning,” said a figure briefed on the call. “A solid 10 minutes of the conversation is spent with May saying it’s highly likely and him saying he’s not sure.”  https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/oct/05/trump-told-theresa-may-he-doubted-russia-was-behind-skripal-poisoning

9-13-2018  On Wednesday Russian President Vladimir Putin said "there is nothing criminal about them" and called them "civilians".  https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-45509697

4-4-2017   Trump acknowledged O'Reilly's premise that Putin is a "killer," but said "we have a lot of killers" in the US, too.  "You think our country's so innocent?" Trump asked.

Indeed, Putin's near-default response to criticism of how he runs Russia is whataboutism--a technique used by Soviet propagandists to deflect criticism from the West.  "Any criticism of the Soviet Union (Afghanistan, martial law in Poland, imprisonment of dissidents, censorship) was met with a “What about...” (apartheid South Africa, jailed trade-unionists, the Contras in Nicaragua, and so forth)," The Economist noted in 2008.

Kara-Murza, who was testifying before the Senate Appropriations subcommittee on foreign operations, said "that kind of false equivalence is one of the Kremlin's oldest propaganda tools.  For too long the leaders of Western democracies have just been ignoring Putin's actions and moving on," Kara-Murza said. "US administrations of different parties have tried a friendly approach with Putin.  But for him, accommodation and compromise is a sign of weakness."  https://www.businessinsider.com/russian-dissident-kara-murza-trump-putin-2017-3

April 2020   Bill Gates has teamed up with the Department of Defense and DARPA, which is the special project research and development arm of the Pentagon.  The team-up was a call to develop a brand new type of vaccine which is being rushed into production…In this report, researchers document how Bill Gates is not only working to fulfill the UN’s global vaccine program but how Gates is also working to take control of the food supply chain globally, a long-desired achievement of the UN.

Also, find out about the mandatory vaccination policy being kept under wraps in addition to another Gates-funded venture to blanket the Earth with real-time surveillance from space.  https://www.mirrorreview.com/bill-gates-partners-darpa-for-covid-19-vaccine/
